Description

Mara is a thin, apparently adult, somewhat tan woman with spiked, long, and wild dark-ish red hair(the color, not ginger), she also has a metal eyepiece over her right eye with the center being green where her eye would be. She is covered in bandages, especially on hands. Her outfit is a ripped white top with her stomach exposed and a sleeveless brown jacket. She also has brown sweatpants(?) and red underwear straps riding up on her hips. No shoes though, just bandages around the heel and bridge of her feet.

She behaves slightly wild/animalistic, but still sane-ish. Has weird genetically enhanced abilities, possibly an experiment?  She was found by bandits chained up GOOD in an abandoned underground place, whatever kept her there did NOT want her let out. She killed the bandits and escaped.

Nobody knows her origins, is she a vault hunter? bandit? nobody knows.

Actual Backstory

For an unknown reason, but with no choice, Mara's family abandoned her when she was very young on Pandora. She had wandered around and gotten into a lot of trouble, making her covered in dirt and grime. She ended up running into a skag who probably would have killed her.. if she didn't look like a skag pup with all that dirt on her.

The skag instead took the little girl in and raised her as her own, Mara calling the skag 'mama', since the skag couldn't have pups of her own. So for years she was raised among the skags, learning to communicate and live like them.
