Backstory: Growing up, Kai was always smaller than the other kids. That would lead him to get picked on and bullied by others. He was a very timid boy and didn't really know how to make friends. He just stayed to himself most of the time. When he was able to learn his quirk, he was kind of happy about it because it would be able to help with the bullying problem. But when he used it, he would get scolded by the teachers, saying that it wasn't right for him to use it. He would get bullied even more because people didn't like how his quirk was a bit more powerful than their own. He decided that he wanted to take his quirk to the next step and he knew that if he attended UA, they could help him let that happen.

Personality: Kai is a bit shy at first. He usually tends to keep to himself a lot and stays in the background. He doesn't like all the attention on him and doesn't mind when he is pretty much invisible to everyone. But when he does open up to some, he can be a bit bubbly and a little silly. He just doesn't know how to make friends easily since he has some trust issues and some walls put up. This happened because of constant bullying. But he is kind, caring, and a smol bean who is super sweet. He would never hurt a fly.

Likes: reading, studying, writing poetry, learning to try and use his quirk better and for longer periods of time, listening to music, sweets, making friends when he can, animals, baggy clothing, calm rainy days, taking naps, eating food

Quirk: Time Manipulation - Kai is able to stop time for others around him or towards certain people that he pinpoints it at.

Quirk Advancements: Learning how to jumped forward and back throughout time to help in certain situations.

Limitations: When Kai freezes time for a group or any individual, he is only able to hold it for exactly 10 minutes. If he ever tries to go past his main limit, he is draining all of his energy leading him to get very sick or pass out for an entire day.

Strengths: Kai is able to stop certain situations that can occur in the moment, an example can be during a bullying situation for him, making the person stop in time from punching him. While this happens, sometimes the person can still be conscious while being frozen in time.
