Personality: Phoebe is a darling of a gal. She's artistic, calm, mellow, and charismatic. She's got a natural charm about her and she knows how to handle herself socially. She's got a bit of a moxie, but not overly confident. She knows her stuff, sure, but she's extremely even-keeled and it takes a lot to anger her.
She's the kind of girl who values creativity, passion, and soul in everything she does, and trust me when I say she has it. This girl is creative and artistic and pours her heart into her songs. Whether she's writing them for someone else or even performing them in secret. She's musically talented and has a trained ear for music. She's passionate and soulful and overall really genuine.
Of course Phoebe isn't perfect. Her self-esteem isn't the greatest and she's extremely under-credited for all the work she does. Sometimes artists take a song and claim it as their own. Of course she's tried to settle the score and such, but she's not a big enough name and it never seems to matter. She's only a pawn in the grand scheme of things.

Background: Phoebe comes from a large family. Her father was a British immigrant who came to America to expand his business: his restaurant. It was there that he met Miss Mariam Pierce and it was like every romantic movie ever. At least that's how Phoebe always figured. Truly, her parents are a rare case of genuine love and companionship and all of the Westshire siblings are more than grateful for the stable and loving upbringing they received. Phoebe has two sisters and a brother. All of the children are different and personally, Pheebs is closest with Adelaide. From a young age, she discovered her passion for music and the arts. She began writing songs at the age of eleven and would perform for small crowds, because she didn't think she was that great, despite what her parents said. She grew up having this dream of making it big. Being someone important. Writing songs for the biggest names in music, and maybe becoming someone of her own. So, when she was twenty, she packed up and moved out west. Far west. To California. So far, she's been making it as best she can. She may have a shitty apartment in Los Angeles but she justifies every struggle with the fact that she's here trying to live her dream.
