Personality: Aidan is certainly your average rich boy. He's Mr. Self Confidence and a bit vain and plenty selfish. He has a streak of arrogance and it's not hard to figure out he grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth. He's spoiled rotten and the inheritor of a large amount of money and his ego has kind of gone to his head. He's proud and stubborn. But he's also known for his eccentricity and his ability to be like nobody else you'd ever meet. Sure he might seem basic™ and like any other arrogant rich guy, but he's got something there. Something original and shrouded and completely unique. Like a diamond in a rough, covered and rough and not entirely there. He's a major work in progress.
Aidan is also the type of guy you might describe as being troubled and conflicted. He's an actual asshole but he can also be as noble as a saint. But his mind is conflicted too. He doesn't know right from wrong and he doesn't know how to express his feelings all the time. He also is a bit hopeless on trying to be a good man. He doesn't understand how to be someone who isn't self-centered and an absolute train-wreck. In this way, he's troubled because he doesn't know who he is and he can't find himself.
Aidan is also a bit of an attention-whore. He's flirty, charismatic, and a bit chaotic. He's like everyone you've ever met and yet entirely new. It should also be noted that Aidan can sometimes come across as cold and temperamental. Though, he's usually a smooth and suave talking guy who can flow with just about any situation. He can turn the charm on with the flick of a switch, it seems.
Aidan is a dynamic and conflicted guy. There's so much about him that he doesn't let on. He's a hurricane and raging with all the torment of the world. He's not picture perfect in any way and he's just as much of a mystery as he is transparent.

Background: Aidan was the eldest son of a famous couple. His mother was a world-famous model, his father an incredibly wealthy business-man known around the world for his business empire. Despite not being a celebrity, he practically became one marrying the woman he did. Christine Rivers was the most famous model of her time and the both of them got along splendidly. At least in the beginning. They had two sons, Aidan and Alexander, and their sons grew up in a life of luxury. Not a care in the world. But both sons also endured a life of neglect. Their parents were busy people and the time they did have wasn't exactly spent with their children. Aidan's childhood was spent trying to make his parents proud. So proud that they might notice him for once. Despite the neglect, his parents' young, wild, and passionate love seemed to flee after a few years. The money was enough to tolerate each other, but they rarely went a day without fighting. Aidan grew up in a conflicting household that was stifling. He was relatively close with his brother until they had a falling out when Alex was eighteen. His brother insisted that Aidan was becoming just like their father. Cold, selfish, ignorant, proud, and harsh. Aidan, unable to handle his emotions, fled home. In a way. He inherited a late sum of money when he came of age and is trying to make it big, and find himself in the process. He started smoking when he was sixteen and he started drinking when he was eighteen. Such things helped him cope with his hopeless family life and his own personal dilemmas. There's a lot more to this boy and his backstory but he's not one to be very open about it.
