Description: Pain and injuries causes Hul to become stronger in every way of his abilities. From extreme strength to almost being able to use flight and become superhuman. Usually depends on what caused the pain.

Drawbacks/Weakness: The opposite of this, healing and painkillers. With healing all his wounds, he'll become powerless. With numbness of nerves completely, he will most likely die.

Villain name: Agony Locke

Weapons: Really anything around, if he becomes powerful enough he doenst have to worry about using weapons.

Gadgets: Injections or pills, anything thatll give him immerse pain.

Likes: For starters, pain. Working out extreme. Making others feel pain. Seeing pain. 

Dislikes: When not in pain, seeing people not happy when in pain. Not getting what he wants after much work.

Family: Disconnected as soon as he became evil.

Backstory: Hul wasnt always a fan of pain. At a young age he'd be in constant pain from a disease, when they tried curing him he almost died and so he started cutting and hurting himself till his quirk activated. He broke down the whole hospital and set his way into using his abilities for his own good.
