Personality: It is hard to determine Georgy personality as he is laid-back yet serious, while also wise and insane at the same time. His character seems to reflect upon the situation at hand. Georgy loves to collect things, a research and war fanatic. He is also shown to be a bit pacifistic, preferring to talk his way out of troubles but still resorting to violence. He has been shown to care deeply for his fellow army.

Georgy has also been shown to be extremely charismatic, being able to endear his Division followers. Georgy has complicated feelings about the fact that many of his friends and acquaintances are all married and have a family. Georgy is also perverted because of his fondness for breasts, and also due to the fact that he want to have hundreds of harems.

Georgy is also very compassionate as he would do whatever he can to help people in need. However, there seems to be a hidden former side to Georgy as Russian Minister of Defence Sergey Shoigu told him that he is the most sinister of the Russian Armed Force, despite wanting to spread peace.

Backstory: Georgy was born in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Russia, his father was a Russian muslim while his mother was a American Christians and both his parents served their country military. Georgy Kirov graduated from the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as an officer in the Russian Army first serving as a Marine. Later on in his career he made it into Spetsnaz and served two tours in Chechnya. It is believed that a company under his command were involved with some of the most brutal "cleansing" raids.

Eventually, the U.N. held an inquiry investigating charges of human rights abuse. Georgy name appeared at the top of the list presented by an EU Investigation panel.
