Personality:
- Reina is the definition of "going with the flow." She doesn't follow whatever people are doing if she knows it's bad and stupid, but she doesn't really care what she does in most situations.
- Loves giving affection, most friends and family say she gives the best hugs.
- She is very inventive, and with that comes her perseverance. No matter the obstacle, whether it's an invention or other, it is hard to stop her from what she is doing. (Kinda neutral trait)
- Very dependable and loyal; if you entrust her with a secret her mouth just doesn't exist if anyone else asks.
- People who first look at her assume she is a little reserved, maybe even quiet. But that's because she is usually caught focusing on something
- If they do decide to greet her, they are going to be met with a great shock that she is actually an outgoing chatterbox. She can ramble to you for hours on days about whatever hits her brain.
- Negatives: Reina is not that great with words; at least, when it comes to expressing her feelings anyway. This makes people misinterpret what she's really trying to say.
- Can easily block out noise when she's busy doing something, especially inventing, so she can easily be snuck up on (fighting is a whole other issue though)
- Gets easily embarrassed when she or somebody else catches her mid-ramble, and usually tries changing the subject when it happens. (Also more neutral but meh)

Devil Fruit: Mizu Mizu No Mi (Water Water Fruit)
DF Desc. (My version of it, cuz I don't think it's canon yet so there's a lot of different ideas):
- This fruit allows the user to have their body become and manipulate water, clearly
- They can legit sink a whole ship if they create a wave big enough
- Becomes very easily flexible and able to move through the narrowest of spaces
- Can somewhat solidify water (e.g. use it as a rope; is not like ice)
- If there isn't water around, the user is able to use the water coming from their own body (I like to think the amount of water in their system grew like 25% or something)
- Here's the catch; normally if the user gets attacked it can go right through. But the more water that is used from their body, the more vulnerable they are to actually being wounded.
- I feel that their body temperature would naturally be lowered because water is cooling, but it can change depending on certain things:
- Weather: If it's super hot, they are much more prone to being dehydrated and temperature rising and is highly recommended to bring something to drink (like that small barrel Luffy had around his neck in Alabasta lol). If it's super cold, they can easily get frost bite so they have to put on a good amount of layering. They also move a bit slower than regular weather as they're body temperature decreases.
- Emotions: "blood boiling" can be taken literally with this devil fruit, except it's water. If the user was mad enough, chances are steam is coming out of their body. Same thing if they are flustered/embarrassed enough. Can honestly be a little dangerous if the user can't calm down quick enough.
- More Cons: They're pretty much screwed if they fight people with powers like Enel and Crocodile, because Crocodile can suck all the water out of them much more quickly and water is a natural conductor of electricity with Enel. Also, when it comes to falling in the sea, I think unless they are totally submerged in the water they just float...cuz they are made of water—but they still can't move their body so if they run into anything they're screwed.
- More Pros: You know when people do that finger gun thing? Yeah, this user can actually shoot water from their finger. They can also control how much pressure so it could just be like a spritz to be playful or be as fast as a bullet and do some real damage. Is also perfect for pranks—just have someone slip in a created puddle and it's hilarious.

Other Battlewise: Being part fishman, she still has the traits like sharp teeth that can grow even sharper and breathing underwater, so if she bites it's pretty bad. Drowning is no option, either. Her senses are good but she normally doesn't do a lot of fighting all in one (like if it was 5 v 1 and she ain't surrounded by water).

Backstory:
- Right from a young age, Reina found it very difficult to fit in. Since she was a hybrid of two species that didn't like each other, there was almost no place she felt she belonged.
- She ate her devil fruit very early on as well; it was an accident, she wanted to show her mother she could survive in the woods. Very stupid move.
- They eventually moved to Dawn Island, where she met her first ever friend, Ace, at the age of 7.
- God, he was such an ass to her; but she wasn't afraid to snap back at him, they really started off rough; but they had a moment and got along (Aka Reina stole matching bracelets from a store as a sign of friendship).
- Then they met Sabo, who sparked Reina's love for inventing thanks to Gray Terminal, and a few years later Luffy, who she secretly helped chase Ace around now and again when he had trouble.
- She wasn't there when the three became brothers, but when she found out she was damn near ecstatic for them.
- Was their go-to to fix their pipes when they broke (it happened a lot)
- When Sabo "died," Reina vowed to get stronger so she didn't lose anybody else, and a few months later she and her mother left, giving her only friends sad goodbyes
- It hit hard for her when Takiko joined in the family, and she didn't treat her that great at first because she was painfully similar to Sabo in many ways
- Luckily, it didn't take long for the two to become two peas in a pod
- Left at the age of 17 to become a pirate, and by some miracle, after falling in the ocean and floating, wondering how long it would take for her to die, she was pulled onto the Moby Dick where she met Whitebeard and his gigantic crew
- When Ace joined, she pretty much foiled half of his attempts at trying to kill Whitebeard because she was literally clinging on to him in tight hugs
- Currently making sure Ace doesn't get himself killed trying to find and kill Blackbeard, because she knows how reckless he can be

- Is also Hispanic. Can speak it, can read it, can breathe it. And she does
- Usually uses it to either curse or call her lover names like mi amor
- Literally like such a good hip roller; she just really likes rolling her hips when dancing
- She is able to talk to aquatic animals, she's a pretty good translator
- Cascade, Takiko's small pet crocodile, was able to spill her all the tea she knew. This used to happen daily until Reina left home.
- Actually happens to get around on water by using a long plank when she isn't on the ship; she just manipulates the water into a wave and pretty much surfs everywhere
- As half-fishwoman, she's a sand shark, yet sleeps like a seal; lays on her side with her arms stretched over her body and everything
- She normally gets mocked about not being able to swim despite being half fishman, and when that happens you should definitely expect a large amount of sea water to hit you in the face. Devil fruit users are no exception.
- Ace earned the title of "Reina's #1 Prank Victim"
- When she's drunk, she's a real giggler; like nobody would have said anything and she'd just laugh.

- Post-Timeskip: She became a lot more protective; Marineford fucked everyone up, especially her
- Perseverance increased by a good 50%
- Traces on her scars every now and again, especially the one over her eye
