Personality: Rizaki's an energetic, hyper person. Not as hyper as Naruto, but she fits in that category. She can be stubborn, and in some situations sensitive, but very good-natured and outgoing. And, when she wants or needs to be, very caring.

Clan Info:
The Kiotori Clan used to live off near shores of the Land of Lightning. One day, surprisingly, a few samurai were stranded near their territory, and they gave them hospitality. In return, surprisingly, the samurai taught the whole clan how to use swords and such. This was one of the ways they became popular and well-known across the countries. However, it was only a few centuries later when they were wiped out by the Land of Iron during the Third Great Ninja War, after the latter found out they have sided with the Shinobi.

Kekkei Genkai:
- Dōjutsu: her clan's Dōjutsu allows a person to have an increase in agility and able to see an opponent's moves much better. However, they can only see one opponent at a time. It also causes fatigue after being used.

- Can use Storm Release (Shippuden+)

Backstory:
- When the clan got wiped out, the only survivor was Rizaki's mother, Tamura, who quickly found a place to run away.
- She eventually got to the Hidden Cloud, where she met the future father, Katsuo Raitoyoku, and years later they both moved to the Hidden Leaf.
- Tamura was pregnant when the Nine-Tails attack happened, and Katsuo unfortunately was killed that night.
- When Rizaki was born a few months later, Tamura died due to the aftermath of giving birth.
- 5-6 years later, when she started at the academy, the first person to stand out to Rizaki was Naruto, who seemed lonely as heck on the swing.
- She hung out with him and ever since that day they got closer and closer until they became best friends.
- After officially becoming a Genin she was assigned onto Team 8 (Hinata, Kiba, & Shino) with Kurenai as her sensei. (This can change depending on rp)

Weapon: A bo staff. Though in the timeskip after Shippuden, to honor her clan, she got it upgraded to where it can split into two very slim swords.
Other: Unless she's in a really serious situation (like going into war), she will always, always, be fascinated when somebody does some sort of Ninjutsu.
