Personality: Matsume is a timid girl and doesn't have much of a voice. It's hard for her to speak up and defend herself of anyone for that matter; that doesn't mean she won't do it. When she really wants to, she can speak her mind and protect the people she loves. It isn't a common thing but she can do it. Matsume is very self conscious about how she looks in front of people and especially about her hair. She makes sure it looks presentable. She might have some flaws, but overall, Matsume has a big heart even towards the enemy. She tries to put herself in their shoes and understand from their point of view. With this big heart of hers, this girl often wants to help and be included. She doesn't mind if it inconvenience her as long as she makes another person happy. Keep in mind, people shouldn't grab her suddenly or even yelling slightly gets her upset because of past experiences. When she gets upset, she rather be alone crocheting but she won't tell anyone where she goes or blame them.

Power: Sky Goddess Magic: This magic is passed down from the blood of a royal family back when magic was popping up in all kinds of people. This magic has the ability to heal major wounds such as broken bones and deep gashes. It takes a lot of energy to do this so she has to choose wisely and save up her magic. That is not the only thing she can do. The user can control the air, using it as a source of defense and offense. It is similar to Wendy's magic but the difference is the amount of control. The user isn't the one that has full control. Matsume has a sort of deity inside of her, giving her this power. She never manifested any magic but instead the deity chose her. It protects her and even attacks her when it wants to. The reason she can control it better than others is the relationship they have together. It cannot speak but if you look closely you can see a little breeze of wind around her that goes in circles and often is pretty curious of people.

Background: Matsume has had a rough time ever since she was 5 years old. Matsume was born in a small village as the Daughter of the mayor. She often played around town and everyone watched out for her. One day, she ended up finding a Temple after getting lost in the woods. This temple is for the sky goddess that tribes people worshipped long ago. Being a curious little girl, she explored, eventually finding a necklace. Once she touched that necklace, the sky spirit woke up from it's slumber. At first, the sky spirit didn't want anything to do with her and even tried to kill her but, the goddess that has been forgotten protected her, giving her the necklace and having the spirit to guide her. The spirit showed her back home and soon she began to understand her newfound power. This happiness didn't last long though...her village was destroyed by some evil wizards and her mother was killed in battle against them. She was taken to Zeref, since he was the one that requested the raid on the town. Ever since then, she's been forced to be a servant and do his bidding. The necklace could not be taken off of her and the spirit was contained by Zeref using his magic to make sure it doesn't aid her in any escape. She has two tattoo like symbols on her wrists that restrain her from using any form of magic unless Zeref allows it. There was many things she was forced to do for them such as having her hair cut at a short length and having to entertain people with her magic or heal them. To her, she rather be in hell than stay any longer in that place. She stayed for years until her current age, where she was finally able to be powerful enough to break the bondage and escape. Even if she couldn't use her magic, she was able to talk to the spirit in her head. They were able to form a plan, knowing Zeref's weaknesses along with his minions. She escaped as quietly as she could, heading into Fiore to look for this so called Fairy Tail.
