GODLY PARENT:

Poseidon, the Greek God of the Sea, Earthquakes, and Horses - Johnny had only met his father in person once in his lifetime though it wasn't enough to form a great opinion on him. He inherited his father's eyes; a deep sea green that seems to grow lighter and darker in shade depending on his mood. Sometimes being as clear as the sky while others time being as dark as a brooding storm. He also inherited his father's lean surfer build and natural tanned skin.

POWERS / ABILITIES:

Hydrokinesis - Like his Father, Johnny himself also has the ability to manipulate and shape water to his will, whether it is in a liquid or gaseous. With enough focus and concentration, he can even transfer water into a more solid form (ex. ice). He can use this ability to create defensive shields or even offensive weapons, like whips and swords. In extremely desperate situations, he can gather strength to bend an entire lake to his will.

Water Immunity - A very niche ability in Johnny's personal opinion but it surely one that he appreciates. It grants him immunity to the insane underwater pressure in the deeper parts of the sea. Allows him to breathe in water as he would in the air and if he brings someone who can't into the water with them, a protective air bubble can form around them. It also lets him get rid of any water upon his body, instantly drying himself at will.

Animal Telepathy - He can speak and understand animals through a telepathic link though this ability is really limited to undersea life, horses and creatures of the same animal tree, such as zebras and donkeys.

Atmokinesis - One of his father's known titles is that of the "Storm Bringer" and with this name, it does grant his children the ability to create nasty storms when feeling extreme bouts of emotion, like anger or a deep depression. When pushed to his greatest limit, it could be possible for him to create a personal hurricane that can surround him.

WEAPON OF CHOICE:

Bow & arrows - Johnny certainly finds it a tad ironic that his first gift from Poseidon was a bow considering that his half-brother Orion was driven mad by the God of Archery, Apollo and promptly killed by a giant scorpion. So, there is no love lost between him and the God of the Sun, however, this did not stop him from training as hard as he could with the bow, able to pick up the skill fairly quickly. In the years training, he made a name for himself with his aim which is nothing compared to the Hunters of Artemis or Apollo's own children but well-gifted in his own right. He named the bow "Stinger" in honor of his half-brother and the beast that took his life. When not in use, the bow is disguised as a ring on his right middle finger.

PERSONALITY:

Nonchalant ~ Johnny, to his fault, is a chill and laid-back individual that's ready to go with the flow at any given opportunity. You won't really catch him doing too outrageous as he can easily be found vegging out in the lawn, arms spread out as he stares constantly at the clouds. A rather simple man at heart, he's the type you can just sit down and talk to for hours and he won't really say much unless it's to ask a question or make a light quip.

Moody ~ Though he is generally a kind person, there are times when his Father's temper can get the best of him. Some say that Poseidon's mood can easily be known by just watching the sea, the more aggressive the waves, the angrier the god. Johnny's temperament has been known to vary during certain weather conditions such as when a bad storm is ready to roll in, you can be sure that he is going to be far grumpier than usual and prone to snapping while calmer weather will leave him in his usual state of bliss.

Thick-Headed ~ No offense to Johnny but he isn't exactly the sharpest knife you'll find in the drawer. He's a very simple man, with simple thoughts and a very simple way of getting around in life, however this doesn't work to his favor at times. Social cues aren't his forte and he's been known to simply say things that enter his mind without a second thought, not really caring about if it was something considered idiotic or just plain insulting. However, if the latter does happen, he isn't above apologizing for what he said but don't expect him to remember what went wrong later. He isn't all too keen to really learn about anything new, whether it's important or not and is known to just straight up leave conversations if they were, and I quote, "meshed with my vibe".

Flirty ~ On top of his rather carefree nature, Johnny is also a very flirtatious person when the mood strikes him. As someone who loves to speak his mind, if he thinks someone looks hot, he'll tell them they look hot. If he wants to take someone out on a date, he'll walk up to them and tell them that. There's nothing that this man finds too embarrassing to say and enjoy the responses people give him.

Loyal ~ It can be rather difficult to actually get close to Johnny as he's open enough to have a good chunk of friends without many really knowing him but once you manage to get that close to him, you'll have a friend for life. He's very protective and absolutely willing to do anything for anyone that he actually considers a close friend of his, no matter what it is that they ask of him. Need some money? How much? Need a shoulder to cry on? He has two just for you. Someone hurt your feelings? Tell him where they are. Messing with his friends is a surefire way to make Johnny mad, a state you'll rarely find him in and one not many are pleased to meet him in.

STRENGTHS:

Powers ~ As a son of Poseidon, when around or within a sizable source of water, he is granted increased physical strength and agility along with enhanced senses as long as he remains within the source.

Archery ~ He's gifted at archery despite the stigma within his family and it was of the few things that he relentless practices that isn't surfing.

WEAKNESSES:

Laid-Back ~ His nonchalance can be his greatest weakness as he simply just goes on with whatever anybody tells him or just whatever he feels like doing. Not likely to listen to orders a good majority of the time, he's a hassle to deal with in a team setting.

Loyalty ~ It's not much of a weakness as it is a liability. For his friends and family, Johnny would do anything to keep them safe even if it comes down to hurting himself in the process.

Dense ~ Emotional intelligence is really not one of Johnny's strong suits. He can be rather lost when met with sarcasm and the like as he is someone who is rather open with his feelings, he prefers that other people should be as open to him when talking. He's especially dense when it comes to people liking him if it is not explicitly stated.

HOBBIES:

Surfing ~ Surfing has always been a big part of Johnny's life. One of his earlier memories was out in the sea, learning how to ride the wave for the first time with his aunt and uncle.

Skateboarding ~ While not as crazy about it as he is surfing, he enjoys skateboarding for the exact same reasons. When cruising down on his board, feeling the gentle bumps of the sidewalk underfoot, it brings him back to the sea and the high he gets from riding the waves.

Cloud Watching ~ A rather simple one but if you ask Johnny, there's nothing better than laying down on the soft grass on a nice sunny day and just staring at the clouds. Pure bliss.

EXTRA:

~ While not really one for petty grudges, he can be a slight more standoffish around children of Athena, considering their mother's rivalry with his father.

~ After an incident at the market as a child, Johnny vowed to become a vegetarian as he couldn't stomach the idea of any creatures possibly calling out to him if he was trying to eat them.
