Backstory: Was a poor thief living on the streets caring for his sick sister Amelia. Princess Canary was walking through town one day and took pity upon him, taking him and Amelia to the castle. Her parents did not approve of this and feared her getting attached, but reluctantly let him stay. Amelia was cured of her sickness and Sol and Canary fell in love. Jay was born and Sol and Canary hid him from the king and queen for months until a group of Masklings attacked the kingdom and killed the queen, the king, Amelia, and Canary. Sol wanted to get revenge and left Jay in care of the kingdom staff while he hunted down the Masklings. Sol never came back and many assumed that he was dead. He fell in love with a demon named Freyaa and they had Spider. Sol brought Spider to the kingdom and invited Freyaa to live there with him. She agreed and was queen for a short time before Sol saw Freyaa bite Jay in an attempt to kill him. They divorced and she was kicked out of the castle. Jay was infected with the Hex Plague and became half-demon. Sol fled again in a last attempt to murder the Masklings and Freyaa and was never seen again.
