Regular Appearance:

Very large in size (8 feet tall), very fluffy white fur, extremely pointy muzzle with black nose, pale, sightless blue eyes, long, sharp teeth, wears red goggles that look a lot like spectacles, long white hair on head, skinny, but muscular body, red claws, back legs are shorter than front legs, long, fluffy tail. Can stand on two legs and run on four legs.
Formal wear: Wears a black top hat and a black bow tie.

Costume: None.
Backstory: When he was younger, he showed that he was much more intelligent than other children of his age. He could do things that normal children could not do. The only thing slowing him down was his blindness, to help him reach his full potential, his father created special goggles for him so that he could see. Cloud has not taken these off since he received them, fearing not being able to see.
Personality: Sadistic, crazy, slightly insane, cruel, smart and cocky. He gets frustrated easily and when he does, he becomes very angry, and sometimes will even give up.
