Greyson has dark brown hair and the scruffy beginnings of a beard along his jawline and chin. His eyes are two different colors: the left one is brown and the right one is blue. He has multiple scars on his arms, thighs, and back.

Life prior to military: Greyson was born in Moscow and moved to the US with his younger sister and parents when he was five. He had a hard time adjusting to his new life and learning English is still hard for him. He'll sometimes revert to his native language if he's upset. One time when he was 16, he took his younger sister out along with some of his friends to go hang out by the river. He wasn't paying attention because he was talking to them and his sister fell in and got swept away by the current. He wasn't able to save her and nearly drowned himself trying. He felt extremely guilty and vowed that he would do everything he could to protect his loved ones from harm. When he was 20 and in college, he met Alexei in a coffee shop and the two hit it off. They kept their relationship somewhat secret because it wasn't really accepted at that time, but both sets of parents were perfectly fine with it. After they got married, they both decided to join the military and make the world a better place. Greyson is a little overprotective over Alexei because of what happened to his sister.

Personality: He has his moments where he's bubbly and social, but most times he likes to keep to himself. He has pretty bad social anxiety because of things that happened in his childhood and he's always hard on himself when it comes to using his learned English. His husband really levels him out personality-wise and understands how hard it is for him.

Flaws: If Alexei is in danger, he will stop at nothing to save him. This usually results in him leaving the team in a bad place or getting himself unnecessarily hurt in the process. He does have a pretty fiery temper as well, which doesn't help.
