Personality: Simon is a reliable but headstrong guy.  He is also very charismatic and enjoys spicing things up whether that during work or spending time with those he cares about.  He can definitely light up a room with his energy, though he's not to be underestimated.  He's been a member of the NOPD for over five years now.  He's experienced different situations but has worked his way into gaining trust with his fellow officers and his commissioner.  He's very good with words and can usually calm a situation or get out if any trouble.  He's intelligent about his actions and knows how to cover up his illegal actions.  Though sometimes he lets his personal feelings get in the way of cases, especially if it involves anyone from the Santos.

Backstory: Simon and his family had always lived in Louisiana, however it wasn't until he was 6 that they actually moved to New Orleans.  They lived in a part of the city where crime was more common which only made things more stressful for his family.  A year after they had moved there, he and his family were caught in between a gang fight.  His father had tried to protect his mother and his little sister, which only got them all killed.  Simon had been injured but not killed.  A member of the Santos happened to help him out, which is the only reason he's alive today.  He spent quite a bit of time around the Santos before he went to an orphanage, though he constantly met up with Santos members and basically learned everything he knows from them.  He blamed the cops and the prospects for the death of his family as the prospects had been the ones to cause the fight and shoot him, his parents and his sister.  Though he also blames the cops for not being there when they needed them the most.  He believes the whole system is corrupt which is why he decided to join and infiltrate their ranks.  Having a position in the NOPD gives him an advantage.  His goal is to use his position to help the Santos win the gang war and take control of the city so the fighting between the gangs can finally stop.

Other: Torres tends to use his strength to his advantage during fights.  When he does get into fights he gets very serious, unlike his usual charismatic self.  He takes his training seriously and takes care of the people he needs to.  He has a bullet wound scar on the left side of his abdomen.  Also, he's shorter than most other males, but don't comment on his height or you'll figure out what it's like to rile him up.
