Powers/Abilities: She doesn't have any powers, however she worked hard for her position.  She is extremely skilled with hand to hand combat and is very skilled with guns.  She rarely ever misses a shot.  She does struggle with bows and fights that rely on strength.  She is better with agility and speed than strength.

Personality: Rhea is a very stubborn and confident person.  Even though she isn't the highest rank she makes sure people respect everything she's done to get there.  She does respect her commanding officers however she has been known to butt heads with them on occasion, more so with Dean than anyone else.  She takes her job very seriously and wants to win the war like everyone else, no matter the means.  She's not as sympathetic with the people with powers as some since she thinks they should have to help.  She doesn't think it's fair that these people should have these powers and not use them to help win the war.  She won't hesitate to do what she thinks is right even if that gets someone else hurt.  She doesn't open up to anyone and she'll gut you if you even try.

Background: She grew up with a strict family that always expected great things from her.  Her father was a police officer and her mother was an FBI agent, so from a young age she was trained to take care of herself and defend herself.  As she grew up she excelled in school and eventually committed to a career like her parents.  However, everything changed when the war started.  She was forced to grow up early and her mother's connection to the government helped her earn a position in Operation Alpha.  She worked her way up in the ranks and is now staff sergeant.  It's not as high as she'd like but it is still a respected position.  Her main focus is to do whatever it takes to win the war and stop the destruction.

Fears: Someone getting close to her only to lose them, losing the war, and being a disappointment

Likes: Getting respect from others, learning knew things about people with special abilities, getting on the nerves of higher officers (though she knows not to cross the line), training, and protecting the innocent.

Dislikes: People with powers (though she knows they're useful), higher officers trying to assert dominance, getting proven wrong, losing a sparring match, and more...a lot more.
