Powers: Can manipulate ice/snow and can shapeshift into a snow leopard.  Also, with Leyan blood in his veins he can resist the Leyan's powers.

Home Planet: Hylo

Backstory: He grew up with a great family. He was an only child so some might say he was spoiled but his parents made sure he was a humble person. (His father is the Leyan king, King R'Al II, though his mother never told anyone.  Noah has no idea that he is part Leyan)  When his planet was taken over the citizens tried to rebel. He had been in that rebellion but most had been killed or captured. He was one of the Hylans to be captured though his spirit wasn't crushed. He doesn't care if he gets punished. If he can help others escape, he helps them.

Personality: He is a very outgoing and open-minded person. He can be really friendly and kind to aliens other than the Leyans. Most of his friends were either killed or captured and he doesn't see them very much anymore. He is naturally confident but not in a bad way. He came be very energetic at times. Though he can be very protective especially of other Hylos since that is his species.

Likes: Cold climates, messing around with friends, meeting new people/aliens, helping other aliens and rebelling against the Leyans.

Dislikes: Hot climates, arrogant and selfish people/aliens, being a slave, seeing others hurt and lazy people/aliens.

Other: If he is in a climate that is too warm he can pass out from heat exhaustion or even a heat stroke. After this happens he must be put in a colder area so he can recover. In addition, when he fully uses his powers his hair turns a bleach blonde and his eyes turn light blue which is a common trait among Hylans. He also has natural markings on both of his forearms. (Markings are a common trait among Leyans.)
