He's obviously a humanoid alien except for his natural skin color and he also has a tail (more like a lizard tail) (he usually hides it so no one will comment on it or try to touch it). Allagíans are humanoid but also a partially reptilian race. They have scales along their tails and part way up their backs but that's about it. All Allagíans have naturally green skin that can be any shade from the lightest to the darkest shade. For most the green skin color is all that makes them different from humans, but for Neptune it's different. Since he's part of the royal family he has special markings that make him stand out at a royal. He basically has stripes going down his arms, legs, tail and torso. He also had markings on his cheeks (like Altean markings). All of his royal markings start as blue but slowly fade into a light blue and then turn into light greenish turquoise. (Since he is a shapeshifter he can in fact hide the markings and make himself look human)

Personality: Neptune is a very rebellious person. Being a royal, there are very high expectations put on him and as a kid and a teenager he tried his best to fulfill them. It just caused him stress and unhappiness so he decided he wanted to live his own life. He is always messing around and trying to leave the kingdom to adventure on the planet. He is very outgoing and bubbly when you get to know him. He doesn't act like a royal in the slightest which can be a good and bad thing. He just wants to be happy and make the most of his life. With his parents putting guards on him to watch him and then forcing him to do things he doesn't enjoy, he became a bit rebellious. Though, he is still very respectful and understands his duties as prince.

Background: He grew up in the royal castle. He wasn't allowed to leave the castle walls until he was about 12. Once he was allowed out he never wanted to go back. It was a struggle for his parents to keep him within the castle walls for long. He was trained in the area of combat so that he could defend himself. He is very well educated about Allagí culture and a lot of other cultures, including human. He listened to his parents for a while but then ultimately made the decision to explore instead of do his royal studies. He always got away from his guards and explored as much of the planet as possible. Recently he "stole" the royal ship (it's a fairly small but powerful space ship) and used it to explore the Galaxy. He has disguised himself as a human and made sure it is very hard for the royal guards to find him though there is a very high bounty for anyone that finds him and returns him.

Likes: Meeting new people, drawing, exploring new places, going on adventures, messing around, pulling pranks sometimes, and doing what makes him happy.

Dislikes: Being told what to do, being forced to do specific things, being watched by the guards, the high expectations put on him, getting found by the guards and brought back to the castle, not being able to live his own life, and being alone.

Abilities: Allagíans are naturally able to shapeshift into any animal they please, whether it be extinct or not (Excluding mythical creatures). They also have a slightly excelerated healing factor but nothing too special. Meaning if he gets a serious wound he's not going to heal automatically.

Other: Allagíans do have mates for life. Once they find their mate they are basically bonded. The can feel what the other one is feeling, good and bad.
