Personality: Pretty much what happens when you give a massive bookworm a mixture of coffee and Red Bull, RJ is a massive bundle of energy who doesn't seem to have an off switch. The girl loves talking to anyone who will listen, the topics of conversation ranging wildly thanks to how many books she reads. She is genuine in her emotions, refusing to hide them or lie about them. Unfortunately though, the girl has a rather short temper, often flinging her current reading book as hard as she can at whoever's annoying her (said book is usually a hard cover).

Quirk Description: The ability to manipulate paper as well as paper-like materials (such as cardboard, paper mache, paper money, etc). She is capable of creating paper constructs such as weapons, using paper in various attacks and is able to accomplish a form of flight by essentially surfing on paper under her control.
Quirk Weaknesses: She needs to have a ready supply of paper or paper-like material (she can't create her own), if the paper gets too wet she can't control it and it is paper after all so fire is a major no-no

Backstory: Born in England but moved over when she was 3, RJ was quick to adapt to the sudden culture shift, soon going by her current nickname rather than her full name since so many people had such a hard time with it. She got her Quirk at age 4, being taught by her dad how to control it soon after. She is the first in her family to even consider becoming a hero, her dad being a librarian and her mom being a CEO for a multinational company
