Personality: It is near impossible to believe that Chavonne got into her house at times. The female is always bright, always bubbly, always smiling... It's like she physically can't see the worst in people. But peel back the cheery demeanour and you will find someone just as driven as her fellow Housemates, who figured out a different way to use her cunning to get what she wants. After all, a kind hearted person is more likely to be underestimated and trusted until it's too late. Well, that and chirpy and cheery is how she normally is back home so she didn't see the point in changing just to fit the doom and gloom aesthetic of her House.

Because of how she chooses to portray herself to the rest of the world, she feels she can't genuinely show any negative emotions like sadness or anger, or else people will start worrying about her over nothing, even if these emotions are entirely justified. A good way to know if she's reaching a breaking point is if she starts baking a lot, particularly cookies. Somehow, she managed to convince the House Elves to let her into the kitchens to do it as a form of stress relief. If you do manage to witness a meltdown, you can consider yourself one of her true friends as she does not let her walls down around anyone.

Appearance: Chavonne has curly, dark brown hair that she keeps at about shoulder blade length simply because it's easiest to tie up in a bunch of different hairstyles and keep out of her face. She is rather pale but in an ethnically vague way (more than a few people have asked her if she was Jewish or Hispanic only to get a confused look and a shake of her head). Her eyes are a light shade of brown that borders on hazel and she wears a large pair of black, square framed glasses in order to be able to see. ((Couldn't find a picture... Sorry :/))

Background: Adopted at birth by a Muggle family, Chavonne had no clue about her wizard heritage until her birth mother outright told her the entire story right before she got her Hogwarts letter. Apparently, her birth mother wanted Chavonne to grow up with a Muggleborn upbringing and break the cycle of her bloodline constantly winding up in Slytherin. Well, apparently it didn't work because Chavonne wound up in Slytherin anyway. Ain't life fun? No one knows who Chavonne's birth father is though, not even her birth mother.

Friends: Chavonne will say she is friends with most people but it's not really true. The only true test of if you're her friend or not is if you actually see a negative emotion out of her (aka see her blow up at something or see her burst out crying).

Enemies: Because of her cheerful attitude, Chavonne doesn't really attract many enemies. In fact, she tends to fly under the radar most of the time. The only time she does draw attention is in academics. Behind that somewhat goofy smile is a razor sharp brain that can keep up with Hermione when she wants to. And she usually wants to.

Weaknesses: Extremely stubborn, will ignore her own mental health until it becomes such a problem that she can't physically ignore it any longer, tends to be underestimated even when she wants to be taken seriously, has a hard time letting anyone get close to her and is actually a giant ball of self-doubt and anxiety under the smiles and cheer.
