Personality: Jess is quite the character. Her Daddy is rich, even if it is dirty money, and she knows it, knows that money makes you better, makes people look at you different in a good way. She likes that, she won't deny it. She's arrogant and can be aloof and cold sometimes, and does talk down to those she sees as below her, especially in public. But she isn't some cold-hearted bitch that only thinks about herself. She's cocky, yes, but that isn't everything about her. Jess has a huge heart, and she doesn't try and hide it. She never says the same thing twice if it offends someone, and she's always willing to learn what is right and wrong. She tries her best to comfort people, even if she doesn't always get or understand their circumstances. She's often the first person to open her doors to those in need in her friend group, even if it might come with a bit of a haughty attitude. Jess is also overly dramatic and will complain the whole way until she gets her way. She's a bit of a diva, to say the least.

Backstory: Jessie is the youngest of three, and has always been the baby of the family, and her father's favorite child. Her father wasn't always rich, and when prohibition became a thing he was one of the first to jump on the opportunity. He took his respectable restaurant and turned the basement into his first speakeasy, the first of quite a few. Well, here they are some years later, and his business is booming and even the end of prohibition won't bring him back down to poverty. They are very, very rich.
