Personality: William is very kind and cautious because of his powers. He has a hard time controlling them so he usually focuses to make sure he doesn't hurt anyone. He hates to really hurt people with them, and he has a small amount of guilt and regret when he does.

Powers/Abilities: Same as his Mom's but can also send bolts and area blasts. Knows hand to hand combat. (His mother's powers are at the bottom, they explain their powers better.)

Weapons: His powers, basically the environment. If his powers are disabled he uses his fists.

Pet: Luna (Could you be her please? If not then none)

Vehicle/Mount: None (Unless with the team)

Bio/History: When he was born his powers were considered weak, but as he turned older that got really powerful. When he was fourteen he was training and that is when the accident happened and his powers became too powerful for him to handle. So Tony Stark and his Mother made multiple items to limit his powers. (Glasses, special contacts, a ring, a bracelet and a necklace. Only needs to wear one of them at a time, but wears at least two of them. He also has a shot that can disable his powers for a period of time. If that doesn't work he takes a stronger shot that is 4x stronger and disables his powers for a whole day and makes him unconscious. If he doesn't take these shots when his power becomes unstable he will die.) Since then he has been very careful and weary about his powers and abilities. He is very nervous that he will hurt someone and never leaves without any of his limiters and shots. (Is this okay?)
