Powers: Teleportation and energy daggers. (He can teleport himself anywhere he is looking at, it is short, medium, and long ranged. Similar to the power Blink from Dishonored. He can make portals and they can be 7'0 ft tall and just a regular shaped circle. But size and shape can change. He can make one way portals, once you enter you can't go back in. Two way portals, which is normal. Trapping portals, where he can store like a boulder in it then open it again for it fall on someone. Can only have one of these being used at a time. The range is short in a fight, but he can make long distance ones if he concentrated, he can not be fighting. He can make these energy daggers to fight with and throw, these can be used to make portals at longer distance in a fight. Say he throws a dagger and then he can make a portal appear. Can throw the daggers and make them explode, is not large and not too powerful. I can explain this more in comments or PM if I have too.)
