Quirk: Metal Manipulation

Quirk Description: Katsumi is able to manipulate metal. She can do this with physical touch or telekinesis. She is able to rapidly adjust and change how the metal works. Some metals are tougher to control than others, but metals like mercury are able to be changed from liquid to metal. She has better control of the metal the closer it is to her. She uses it to attack with quick attacks and controlled captures. She is able to fluidly change the metal and take off metal sheets to use for defense. She is able to sense where metal is, but only in a 12ft radius around her, she has to actively activate this.

Quirk Drawbacks: Katsumi can't always control metal that isn't as malleable and that is tougher. Plus the further the metal is away from her, the tougher it is to control and manipulate. The larger the piece of metal the easier it is to control, and the smaller the metal the tougher it is, (especially if it's a bullet). She has to take iron supplements and eat more iron based food, for some reason. If she doesn't she just is weaker at using her quirk.

Hero Costume: Katsumi's hero costume is a sleek black and grey suit, that is made up of mostly metal. Some of the suit is made of a cut resistant cloth. The costume is able to change how it looks based on Katsumi's needs. It has a long metal wire that she can use to grab others or objects. Most of the metal on the suit is made up of individual pieces of metal, that she can use to attack. For more formal events she wears a dress made up of metal that she can change into a battle outfit.

Personality: Katsumi seems like she is a cold person and most of the time she is. But she is also more kind and loving towards those she grows attached to. She respects other heroes especially the top ten and the U.A. teachers, and she is less cold towards them. She is intelligent and has knowledge on metal and what to use.
