Quirk: Blood Control; he can control his blood and make it harden. He can use it better if he is bleeding. Can use it as projectiles or use it to cover his arms and legs as armor. Can use it in other creative ways.

Limitations: He feels all the pain from hurting himself. He can hurt himself or die if he uses to much blood. To help with this he puts the blood back into his body if he can. He can't control others blood unless they get some of his blood into him (must be fresh). Even if he gets blood into someone his control is really weak, the effect wears off within a couple of minutes. He gets weaker with the more blood he uses, and the more hurt he is.

Quirk Combination: His Dad could harden his blood and others in close proximity, but couldn't control it. His Mom could control water that was close to her.

Strengths: Fighting at distance and close range. Can get creative with his quirk. Stopping blood loss in others.

Backstory: Kazu learned of his quirk when he was hurt as a kid. He made his blood more whiplike and harden, and he hurt a friend on accident. He didn't have much control and it lead to him hurting himself. He had loss a lot of blood and was weak. He later learned how to control his quirk better and knows the consequences of overusing it and not being careful. He would only use his quirk when he had to. He focused on school work and became one of the top students in his class. He was overjoyed to be accepted into UA and is happy to become a hero.

Weapons: A scalpel to use in close combat or to cut himself.

Hero clothing or anything to help with quirk: He his suit has blood red circles on them (hidden), that can inject blood to help keep him alive.
