.Personality.
Randy is very much so like a puppy. He is energetic and seems to never run out of energy. He is very playful and just loves having fun whenever he can though he understands when it's time to play and when it's time to stop.
Randy is a sweetheart, he treats everyone with the respect they deserve and would never do anything to personally harm someone or talk bad about them. Well he tries not to talk bad but everyone complains about something or someone.
Randy really tried his best, he puts his heart into everything because of you don't give it your all in life are you getting all that you can from life? He is not a slacker for sure.

.Flaws.
While even though Randy tried really hard the one thing he isn't great at is school. He just doesn't like sitting around and listening to teacher blab on. He's good at some subjects but others he is terribly at. He's passing for now but soon will need help from a tutor.
Randy gives his all and sometimes expects other to return their all as well but the poor guy just hasn't realized that isn't how most of the world works. Unfortunately the world isn't as sweet as he is so he gets a bit sad and upset when his effort isn't matched with someone else's.

.Likes.
Randy loves everything about the ocean. His grandma thinks he was a merman in his last life because he basically lives in the water. You can usually find the guy surfing at the beach or just swimming out into the ocean. He isn't afraid of the water at all and has good experiences with the sea life. He's pet a few dolphins.
Randy loves to build. He isn't great at school work but give him some materials and tools and he could build you almost anything. He learned how to build and craft from his parents who renovate houses and build.
Randy loves dog and really really really wants one but his parents never have the time to get him one. If you get him a puppy he would probably love you forever and be forever grateful.

.Dislikes.
Randy isn't a fan of the whole rivalry thing. He doesn't know how it starts and really doesn't care for it because he knows some bikers that are friends with him and some bikers that hate him because of his friendship with some bikers.
Randy hates violence and can't stand blood. He always feels nauseous around blood and sometimes can faint. He hates violence because of the blood and because it's terrible. Nothing should ever come to violence.

.Backstory.
Nothing important. He's lived in the same town his whole life and knows it like the back of his hand. He stays out of the way from the bikers even though some of his friends like to mess with them. He is an only child and currently has no pets but really wants one.
The really only important that's happening is that his parents are renovating their house themselves and constantly working on it since the like to both build.

Randy currently lives with his grandmother since his parents are renovating their old house
Also he's the most well known surfer in town and is considered the leader of the surfers even though he really isn't. But he doesn't mind the job.
