Personality
Blair is a hardworking and persistent female. She will always complete her job no matter what. She has never failed her team and doesn't plan to. When on a mission she doesn't let her emotions get to her, she gets what she needs then gets out. Also on a mission she prefers to do things alone since she isn't very proud of how she gets her information, some tactics are very smart or bruteful while others are more private.

Blair is very loyal. She would never ever betray one of her close friends, she'd rather be tortured then rat them out. Since she is a loyal girl she absolutely hates people who stab others even the back which is ironic since she is a spy after all. But if you betray this girl, you better watch your back. Her loyal ness mostly comes from her protectiveness over their group. She would do anything for them and make sure nothing bad ever happens to them.

Blair is easily manipulative, although she never would manipulate her friends. Well possibly for only very special reasons. She uses her lying skills to twist and bend others to her need, she doesn't feel guilty about it whatsoever because she knows she's doing it for a certain reason. Besides it isn't hurting anybody.

Weaknesses
Blair misses her family and really wants to meet them. She would do almost anything to see her parents and her older sibling, since she was tossed out she knows she was the second child. Although only one person really knows that she desperately wants to find her family, the Leader.

Blair is not the greatest with technology. She prefers using her fists and wits but sometimes she does have to use gadgets which she isn't very experienced with. She's nearly had her mission compromised before because she struggled with some of the newest technological gadgets.

Strengths
Blair, being a spy, is a great liar. She can lie with ease to get whatever information she needs to complete her mission. She doesn't falter or pause or even sound nervous. It just sounds like her, telling the truth. Which is a lie.

Blair has been trained to kill. She is highly skilled with hand to hand combat and using weapons. She prefers not to kill someone since it is messy, which isn't her style, but if she has to she will without any hesitation.

Fears
Blair is terrified of losing someone from the team. She would do anything to save them since they were basically her family. She would rather die for her friend then then dying.

Blair is also afraid of rejection. She does indeed have a small, large, crush on someone on the main team. She hates how flustered and embarrassing she becomes around him. She doesn't want to ruin what they already have and tell him that she liked him for some time now.
