Vaishnavi stiffed hearing this and she was fuming in anger....

Pol: what....how can u blame a successfull officer like that...what's proof that u have for this....

Everything was watched by the people and also vaishnavi was keenly watching it and observing it....

He said and cut the call with a evil and sarcastic smirk on his face. Vaishnavi watched evrything and stormed out from there angrily....

There was full of chaos out side the CBI office. The whole media was there as Rudra has given an open challenge to the CBI.

Vaishnavi reached there and saw them and went inside. Everyone was present in the control room.

Officer Kunal was talking to everyone and the details of Rudra case was screening on the huge screen behind him. Vaishu and the other higher officers were also present there....

Kunal: he is right....may be the public and the media doesnt know...but we knew that there is no difference between the murders taken place now and then....
Point no 1: the high profile boys
Point no 2: ransom of 2 crores
Point no 3: though their parents gave the money he handed over the victims as dead body only....

Before 5 years the boys named Prathap, Ram, Jayanth was kidnapped by Rudra and was murdered. They all are from high profile families with huge background but he killed them.

And also the murder technique was same. I mean he first kidnaps them, ask for ransom and kills them by torturing them. Torturing means giving anti- coagulant injection to not let the blood to clot and cutting their main veins of their bodies and let the blood to drain fully from their body leading to death.

Now this two murders has also been done like this only...and also before 5 years Vaishnavi was a new recruit...may be she has done something for the pressure of a such sensational case.....

Vaishnavi just chuckled on his statement.

Gowtham the higher officer to all of them interupted him.

Gow: no Mr. Kunal....may be vaishnavi was a new recruit then....but the way she handled the case was amazing....and also the details and the proofs of that case which she investigated has been submitted to the court...so u can't say anything about her...

Kunal: ok...then she should have arrested him and should have got him to the court na...why she encountered....

Officer Mahesh cut him off in the middle....

Mah: Kunal sir....it was a 5 member team which handled that case....i was one of them....actually we went there to catch him alive only but

FLASHBACK.

The team arrived at the place where Rudra was hiding. It was a huge farm house. Vaishu came out of a bush and the other 4 saluted her.

She nodded and started to speak.

Vaish: it's a 2 acre farmhouse. Vineeth is in the banglow which is in the centre of the farm. Surround from all the sides...at any cost i want him alive...

Others: ok mam...

They went inside and Vaishu and Mahesh reached the room where he was from both the sides. When Mahesh was about to enter rudra started to blind fire at them and Mahesh got injured.

The others ran towards the room. Vaishu was behind Vineeth. She kept the gun at his back of his head.

Vaish: drop ur gun....i said drop ur gun....she said and he was about to shoot again and vaishu shot him dead when the others entered the room.

FLASHBACK ENDS.

Mahesh: so after interragting more than 148 suspects we concluded that Dr.Vineeth who is a friend of those three boys was the murder and we got solid proof of the ransom money he got and the injections he used in that farm house....and we were determined to catch him alive but he started to blind fire so only mam shot him dead....so u can't say that it is a cover up operation....

Gowtham: so Vaishnavi....what do u want to say in this....

Vaishu took a deep breath and started to speak....

Vai: sir...i want u all to understand one thing......even if it is not in our country there are many serial killers in foreign countries....there is a serial killer named Jack the ripper...even there is museum on his name....but after sometime using his same murder techniques many copycat killers came....this is more like that only....using Rudras techniques alone or with a network he is doing it....

Officer kanya started speaking

Kanya: but mam he looks even more smart....jamming the cctv cameras...making untraceable calls using technology etc etc....

Kunal: may be he is techie....

Vaishu chuckled at him sarcastically and leaned back on her chair.

Vai: Kunal sir....even u can do all this in a half an hour if u search about it on the internet....so he shouldnt have to be a techie to do all this....

She turned to Gowtham.

Vai: Sir....he thinks he is smart....but he is not....surely he will get caught...i assure u....she said in a determining tone....

The screen shifts to Chennai.

At night 3 am Chennai round bridge.

On the bridge 4 to 5 boys are sitting on the road and drinking as it is midnight there was no one other than them....among them one boy was drinking a full bottle of beer and finished it in a one gulp and after that with a huge smirk he looks at the bottle and the boy was.....

He looks at the bottle and aims at it on the road which was going through under the bridge he was standing....

Sid: u can't touch me....he said smirking....
