Aiden was shuffling cards and started thinking that it was taking a while for Jessica to return from getting ice. He got up from the table and walked over to the door. Opening the door he peeked his head out looking around, he noticed the bucket of ice laying on the ground with the ice scattered everywhere.

Aiden's heart then dropped, feeling really shaky he knew something was wrong. He walked out of the room grabbing his phone out of his pocket, with his heart pounding he called his brother asking if they had seen Jessica. He walks the hallway looking around and listening to any noise he hears while talking to his brother.

"We haven't seen her, we left pretty much right after you two left. Why?"

"She left to get ice about twenty minutes ago, I looked out the door and saw the ice bucket and ice all over on the ground." He says as he walked to the ice machine looking around. "She isn't at the ice machine either."

"Well I'm sure there are camera's go to the front desk and find out if they can look at them." Kyle says as he starts putting back on his pants. He hangs up with Aiden and looks at Kristina "Jessica is missing."

"What?"

"She went to grab ice and never came back, Aiden found the ice bucket on the ground, with ice scattered everywhere." Kyle paced back and forth debating if he should go help Aiden find Jessica. He stopped and looked at Kristina "Where's your damn brother?"

"What does my brother have to do with it?" Kristina asks upset.

"I don't know.... but he WAS obsessed with her, what if he lost it and snatched her?" Kyle says looking at her with his hands on his waist looking worried.

Kristina stood up and got in Kyle's face. "My brother may have wanted her and had feelings for her, but he would never do anything like that. He's a cop for Christ's sake!" She yelled.

"Call your brother and find out where the fuck he is, kind of odd she just vanished like that."

"UGH" She huffed loudly and stormed over to her purse grabbing her phone. She tried calling him and his phone had gone straight to voicemail, setting the phone down she looked at Kyle "It went to voicemail." She said quietly.

"Maybe we should go to his room and see if he's there." He snapped, Kristina looked at him funny. "This isn't funny Kristina, if he took her, I swear......"

"Well if I know my brother, he didn't take her. He's probably sleeping." She snapped putting some sweats on and a t- shirt. "Let's go." She said angrily.

"You know he did stay at the bar later than we did, are you sure he didn't grab her?"

"Damnit Kyle, he would never do that!" The two argued in the hallway walking to her brother's room. She knocked on the door and stood there waiting for him to open the door. Kyle was getting frustrated that he wasn't answering the door, he started banging harder on the door. "Answer the damn door Toby!" Kyle yells while banging on the door.

Kristina starts to feel sick to her stomach, thinking that maybe he did have something to do with her disappearance since he's not answering the door, and his phone was off. She looks at Kyle and gives him a worried look.

"I swear if he took her." Kyle says to her leaning his head on the door. Lifting his head back up to look at her "Fuck, lets go see if he's at the bar still."

Earlier:

Jessica was walking back to the room with the bucket of ice in hand, smiling as she thought how great the day has been, next thing she knew she was grabbed and there was a cloth going over her face covering her nose and mouth, and dropping the bucket of ice.

She was picked up and thrown over the shoulder of her captor and walked down the hall with her. Toby just happened to be walking out of the bar and saw a couple walking down the hall with a girl hanging over their shoulder, thinking she was sleeping or drunk he didn't think anything of it, until he started walking behind the couple and noticed that it looked identical to Jessica, he also noticed the same clothes she had on earlier. His heart started to pound as he looked around and didn't see Aiden nearby.

He quietly followed them to where they were taking her. He stood behind a wall and watched them take her into a room, as they walked in the room he started walking faster to the room as the door shut he looked at the room number quickly going back to his room, he grabbed his gun, badge, taser and handcuffs.

On the way back to the room he made a phone call and then shut off his phone. He knocked on the door. And stood their waiting for them to open the door.

Jessica opened her eyes as they were tying her mouth up, her hands were tied up from behind her back and legs tied together. She tried to focus on who the people were and tried screaming but it was no use with her mouth tied tight. Her eyes finally focusing she looked at the two people that were in front of her and was in shock, she then fainted after having a panic attack.

She awoke to the sound of the couple arguing with each other on what to do with her next. "You got me in this mess, you figure it out. I did what you asked me to do and it cost me a few days in jail. Not to mention so will this if we get caught." He snapped at the woman.

"I also asked you to be rude with her to make the date the worst date ever, not to try and have sex with the bitch." She snapped shoving him to the bed. He stood up and got in her face grabbing her cheeks roughly "I made it the worst date ever didn't I?" He growled. He roughly pulled her in for a kiss until there was a knock at the door. Pushing him away "Get fucking rid of whoever that is."

Aiden frantically went to the front desk explaining what happened asking if he saw anything suspicious, when he told him no, he then asked if they could check their security cameras and see what happened to her. He told Aiden that he would have to call the manager in to access to the cameras, that he couldn't do it. "I suggest you call him now before something bad happens to her." Aiden demanded leaning over the desk and grabbing a hold of his shirt.

"Yes sir." He said to Aiden in a scared tone. He picked up the phone calling the manager to get there right away.

Kyle and Kristina came out of the bar and saw Aiden yelling at the hotel worker and walked up to him. "Calm down Aiden, we will find her." Kyle said to him with his hand on his back.

"Where's your fucking brother?" Aiden snapped at Kristina.

"I don't know." She said quietly shaking her head. Kristina looked at the clerk and asked him for the key card to Toby's room to see if he was in there. "I'm not allowed to do that." He said to them.

"Well you better if you knew what was good for you." Aiden snapped getting ready to climb over the counter. "Whoa whoa whoa.... fine I'll grab it." He grabs a key card and activates it so they could enter the room.

Aiden snapped it out of his hand and they quickly went to Toby's room. Opening the door they walked in and looked around, neither of them didn't see anything that looked suspicious. "FUCK" Aiden yells.

"Well lets wander the halls and see if we can hear anything." Kyle says.

They started walking the hallways, when they came around the corner to one area they could hear someone banging on a door. So they walked closer to the sound. Kristina gasped when she saw someone standing there with a gun, she then realized that it was Toby and started rushing over to him.

Toby was getting frustrated that they were not opening the door and banged harder, he didn't want to shoot through the door incase she was behind the door as well as he didn't want to wake anyone up scaring everyone. He turned his head and saw Aiden, Kyle and Kristina rushing towards him. He took a step back and put his finger to his mouth to be quiet, and pointed to the door.

Aiden's heart felt like it was going to explode through his chest, scared that something bad happened to Jessica, they were all shocked to see that Toby had nothing to do with it. Toby then whispered to them that he witnessed Jessica being carried into the room. He quickly handed Kristina the cuffs and whispered to her "Hold on to these, and stay back until I call for you." Toby had his taser ready in hand wishing that they would hurry up and open the door.

The door finally opened and Toby tased him right away making him fall to the ground. He barged his way in the door and saw Jessica passed out on the bed. The woman came around the corner trying to attack Toby. "Wrong thing to do lady." He said before tasing her. She fell down and got back up again trying to go after him but ended up getting tased again.

"Kristina!" Toby yelled out as he was trying to tie up her hands. "Handcuff the asshole." He says to her. She handcuffed him with her hands shaking. Aiden walked in and took a look at the guy, it dawned on him who he was, he then walked over to Jessica and untied her, he looked over at Toby as he was lifting the girl up and laying her on the bed.

Her head flopped back and Aiden's eyes grew wide "What the fuck?" He said slowly and shocked.

"Do you know who she is?" Toby asked Aiden.

Aiden stood up off the bed and stared down at the girl "I do....Her name is Savannah." He sighed running his hands through his hair feeling heartbroken. He couldn't believe that she would have anything to do with this. Kyle heard Aiden say Savannah's name and walked over to Aiden. Toby made a phone call to police and told them their location.

Aiden looked at Jessica worried about her and sat back down next to her, he held on to her trying to get her to wake up. Aiden looked at Toby "That man over there is that Tom?" Toby looks at the ground, not happy to tell Aiden that, that's who it was. "I'm afraid so. We had to release him when the results of Jessica's rape kit came back."

"Why is that?" Aiden asked upset.

"She must have showered before taking the test, all the evidence was gone." Toby sighs, feeling bad, he didn't want to have him released either."

"What about her face, her body, all them marks all over her? Wasn't that enough?" Aiden says pissed looking at Jessica feeling bad for her, kissing her forehead.

"He's still being charged, he made bail and had to be released."

Jessica finally wakes up looking around at everyone, the police then walk in arresting the two people and questioning everyone. After they gave them their statements Aiden carried Jessica back to the room laying her on the bed.

Jessica didn't want Aiden to leave her so she laid in Aiden's arms holding back tears. "What on earth did I do to deserve everything that has been happening to me. I can't even go to a different state and enjoy being away from home."

Aiden curled his finger under her chin softly placing a kiss on her lips. "I think it's over now. I'm just happy you weren't hurt and that they didn't get too far away with you." He pauses looking away from her "I guess we owe Toby a thank you too, he was the one who saw you being carried to that room, Kyle and I owe him an apology as well for thinking he had something to do with it."

Jessica holds him tighter "I just want to go home."

Aiden's heart was breaking for her, he understood what she was thinking. He's pissed at himself for letting this happen to her, he never thought in a million years that Savannah would have anything to do with this.

"Sorry hun."

The next morning Aiden let Jessica sleep in, he sat at the table thinking, he decided to go see Toby. He left a note that he went to talk to Toby and that he will be right back. He quietly left and went to Toby's room. He knocked and stood there waiting for him to answer the door.

Toby answered the door half asleep. "Sorry I didn't mean to wake you, I just wanted to come and thank you for helping with Jessica last night. I'm also sorry that I thought you had something to do with it too."

Toby gave him a strange look "You did?"

"I did, after everything that happened I assumed. Sorry..."

"I suppose it may have looked that way." He said walking away grabbing a shirt off the bed. "Well you can assure Jessica that she won't have to deal with Tom anymore he will be here for a while and I'm sure they will be working with North Carolina on his case, as for Savannah I'm not sure how they will work with her, but I'm sure she will spend time here."

After talking for a bit and shaking hands, Aiden went back to the room to check on Jessica. When he walked in he saw the balcony door open and her standing at the railing. He thought she looked beautiful standing their with the wind blowing through her hair.

She heard him walk up from behind "Hawaii is so beautiful I'm going to hate to leave it, but it will be nice to be home." She turned around and gave him a hug. He brushed her hair away from her face and leaned down to kiss her.

"What do you say we put everything behind us and enjoy our last day in Hawaii." She says with a grin.

He looked at her with a smile. "What were you thinking." He leaned his head down pressing his forehead against hers looking in her eyes. She gave him a grin and batted her eyes.

"Well the last I knew the monkey was hungry and was looking for her banana."
