LEXI'S FAVOURITE HOBBY WAS to shop, she and Lydia h as grown up loving it, having the excuse to need to shop for something so that they could get out of the house where they didn't have to listen to their parents constant arguing. Only, now, Lexi and Lydia shopped because they loved it, they had the money to do so, as their dad paid them monthly so he didn't have to visit them, so they used the money for shopping, and shopping alone.
Hence why they could afford so many nice things, or designer clothing and bags, was because their dads money helped them with that, making them realise that even if they didn't have their dad anymore, they had money to make up for it.

Lexi smiled alongside her sister as they linked arms, walking through the shopping mall, knowing that if they didn't find a dress today, they might as well not go to the dance. Lydia had asked someone on the lacrosse team to go to the dance with her, as Jackson was taking Allison, so that left Lexi alone, but she knew that she didn't want to go with someone off of the team. Her thoughts kept circling back to a certain buzz-cut boy, someone she actually liked.
"Lexi, if we don't get you a date, you can tag along with me and Michael." Lydia told her twin, noticing the distant look on her face - she knew that she was thinking about the dance and Lydia didn't want Lexi to worry about it. She wanted the girl to have a good time..

Lexi smiled gratefully at Lydia, "Thanks, Lyds." She said, leaning into her sisters side. The two sisters then looked over at Allison, who had been moping since they had first arrived at the mall, and they didn't know why. She had nothing to be upset about, she had Jackson taking her to the dance; Lexi didn't have anyone.

"What's got your tail in a twist, Allison?" Lydia asked, also having noticed that Allison hadn't smiled once since they had met up met up with the girl.

"Nothings wrong." Allison told the twins, as they both looked at her expectantly, expecting her to explain why she was in such a bad mood. "I just have a lot on my mind." She added, shrugging, as they now all went up the escalator.

"You could smile, at least." Lydia told Allison, "Ever heard of the saying, 'never frown, someone could be falling in love with your smile'?" She asked, smiling to herself at the saying - it's why she smiled a lot, to hopefully catch someone's attention. She was constantly telling Lexi to smile, but the girl almost always had a frown on her face, like the one on Allison's face right now - but ever since the new school year had started, she had changed, and Lydia loved to see it.

"Yeah, smile Allison." Lexi told their friend mockingly, nudging Lydia as she did so, laughing. "I'm buying you a dress, you should be happy." She said. Lexi and Lydia were always cheered up when they brought things..

"Have to admit, as far as apologies go, that's more than I expected." Allison told Lexi, knowing that the girl had been feeling awful about the whole situation with Scott - even if she hadn't been the one to instigate the kiss, the girl hated herself because of how much she had hurt Allison.

Lexi smiled, shrugging, "I always feel better after shopping." She told Allison, who nodded, knowing that Lydia and Lexi had an obsession with shopping and buying each other things.

"But.. Not as much as I'm about to ask." Allison spoke up again, sending a mischievous smile Lexi's way, who frowned in confusion at how Allison was looking at her.

"What do you mean?" Lexi asked, not having a clue at what Allison was on about.

"It means, you're not going to say yes to any dumb, roided-up jock Lydia is trying to make you go to the dance with, and you're going to go with someone else." Allison told her, as the three girls now stood at the top of the stairs.
Lydia smirked when she realised what Allison was asking Lexi to do - even if she didn't like Biles, she knew that it would make Lexi happy by going to the dance with him, and she knew she wouldn't have the balls to ask the boy himself -  maybe Allison giving her a little push is all she'd need..

Lexi smiled, laughing slightly as she looked at Lydia and Allison, "And who might that be?" She asked, unsure at who the two girls could be referring to. Allison looked over at Stiles who was at a perfume station, smelling the perfumes then having a coughing fit as he sprayed one in his face. Lexi looked over and saw the boy, immediately shaking her head.
"No, no, no." She refused, shaking her head frantically, before Lydia placed her hands on her sisters back to stop her from running away, "I'm not asking him to the dance! What if he says no?" Lexi asked Lydia, as the girl had a hold on her.

Lydia scoffed, "Have you seen you? Who would say no to that?" She asked Lexi, now pushing her forwards.

"Go and ask him. I know he'll say yes." Allison said, showing the girl a thumbs up when she looked back in disbelief.

Lexi's eyes widened as Lydia gave her one last push, and the girl had no other choice but to walk towards Stiles, her heart practically pounding in her chest as she made her way towards him. At the beginning of the year, she wouldn't have had an issue asking any boy to the dance, but right now, she was nervous - her and Stiles had been something for quite a while now, and she never would have thought he would make her nervous. She would have laughed about the fact she was scared to ask someone out a while ago, but right now, Stiles is the one boy that could give her that effect, and she didn't know what to do about it.
The girl looked back at Allison and Lydia with a worried facial expression, as the two girls nodded their heads eagerly to encourage her to ask Stiles the question. Lexi slightly glared at them, giving them a warning not to do something like this again, before and finally reached Stiles, standing there for a few seconds before she eventually spoke up.

"Hey." Lexi said, causing Stiles to jump out of his skin, dropping the perfume bottle in his hand, but catching it with the other, playing a little game of catch with himself before he placed the bottle back down, trying to ignore the glare from the staff member as they didn't like the fact he almost smashed the bottle on the floor..

"H-Hey, Lexi." Stiles said, now facing her, kind of confused at why she was talking to him, when her sister and Allison were waiting at the other end of the floor.

Lexi looked back at her sister and Allison one more time, before realising she just had to go for it. "I was wondering.. Do you have someone to go to the dance with?" She asked, watching nervously as Stiles didn't answer straight away. "You know, the school dance.." She added, awkwardly.

Stiles' eyes widened, "I mean, yeah.." He said, before he quickly corrected himself, noticing the look of disappointment on the girls face. "No! No I haven't got anyone to go with." He rushed out, stuttering loads as he couldn't believe the girl he loved would even be asking her that right now..

Lexi smiled, "Okay." She said, nodding. She knew that she just had to come out and ask him, or she would never have the guts to do it. "Do you want to go? To the dance? With.. Me?" She asked, pausing slightly as she tried to word it properly.

Stiles was stuck in his thoughts as the girl asked him to the dance. Lexi Martin, asking him, to the dance.. He couldn't believe it. "Yes!" He all but shouted, gaining multiple people around the two teenagers to stare in confusion. "Yes, I'll go with you." He then said quieter, just as Lexi smiled at the boy - this was the Stiles she knew and loved..

"Okay. Cool." Lexi said, smiling.

"Cool." Stiles repeated, looking over the girls shoulder to find her two friends smiling at them, but when they saw Stiles looking, they both looked away and pretended they weren't watching them.

"Do you wanna help me look for a dress?" Lexi asked, knowing that she had to find her dress today. Maybe she will even buy Stiles an outfit that matched her dress..

Stiles didn't have any knowledge on dresses or anything to do with girls clothing - but to spend the next couple of hours with Lexi is something he would love to do. Even if he came here to watch out for Allison as she was being targeted by Peter, the alpha also didn't like the fact that Lexi had helped out Stiles with ruining his plan, so he was also there for the girl, too. He didn't know what he'd do if she was hurt in any way, especially by that asshole Peter..
"Yeah! I'd love that." Stiles told her, before she smiled in appreciation, linked her arm around his, and dragged him off to the dress section, where they would then spend the next few hours finding Lexi a dress..

Lexi didn't know what colour dress she wanted to wear for the dance, and she just couldn't decide, as she saw multiple dresses hanging in the shop. Stiles was besides her, having offered to hold her dresses for her that she wanted to try on, and he saw how much struggle she was having as her eyes were focused on the multiple clothes. He didn't know how it could be such a difficult decision to pick one dress, as he thought that she looked good no matter what she wore.
"What about this one?" Lexi asked the boy, bringing him out of his thoughts as she turned around with a dress held up to her body, wanting Stiles' opinion once again.

Stiles knew that she looked good no matter what dress she showed him.. "It looks great." He told her, as she furrowed her brows at his words.

"You've said that about every dress I've showed you." Lexi pointed out, worried that he might be bored with helping her look for a dress. "Are you bored? I can do this another time or.." She began to tell him, only for Stiles to interrupt her quickly.

"No, I'm enjoying myself, I really am!" He told her, knowing that he wouldn't want to do anything else right now; even watching her shop is probably the best thing he could do right now. "I just think you look good in any dress. Well, I'm anything, really." He commented, shrugging as he spoke out his thoughts, causing Lexi to smile at his compliment.

"You're really sweet." Lexi told him, having not had anyone compliment her the way Stiles had. He wasn't like any other boy that Lexi had been on any dates with, he was different - he didn't constantly stare at her cleavage, or the rest of her body, he appreciated her real beauty, and it couldn't make her more attracted to him.
Stiles absolutely adored Lexi, and just because she couldn't see it, didn't mean that Lydia, Scott and Allison couldn't - they could all see how head over heels he was for her, and Lydia and Allison were just glad that Lexi had found someone so loving towards her, whereas Scott was happy his best friend was finally happy.

Around half an hour had passed since Lexi had found her last dress to try on, and Stiles had been sat on the sofa outside of the changing room whilst she struggled on what dress she ultimately wanted to wear to the dance. The girl looked in the mirror at how her figure looked in one dress, not liking it one bit, before she shrugged it off and pulled on another, which had a zip on the back. With a grunt of annoyance coming from her mouth, she sighed once she realised she wasn't going to be able to get it up herself.
"Stiles, can you help me for a second?" Lexi called out, standing with her hands cupping her front, keeping the dress up as it all sagged over her body from not being done up properly.

Stiles jumped up at the sound of her voice, not having expected her to ask him for his opinion on any, of her actually wearing them. He stood up slowly, not exactly knowing what to do, before he waited outside of her changing room, hanging around awkwardly as he didn't know what she wanted from him. "You okay in there?" He eventually asked, not sure if he should enter the closed off area or not.

"Can you zip up my dress?" Lexi asked him, now popping her head out from the curtain as she looked over at Stiles, who had his eyes wide at the fact that she had asked him to do that.. Stiles nodded, waiting for her to come out into the open so he could do it up, but when she went back into her changing room, he froze, not knowing what to do. Did she want him to follow her in there? And do it up? Was she going to be naked? He didn't know what to do.
"Stiles?" Lexi called out, waiting for him to come in and help her zip her dress up - she was pretty sure that this was the one, as it was her signature colour, red. It would go perfectly with her red lipstick she was planning on wearing..

Stiles slowly entered the changing room, hands sweating from nerves as he looked over at Lexi. His mouth was open agape the second he saw her wearing her dress. "You look.. Gorgeous." He spoke, accidentally out loud, before he flowed a bright red shade almost as bold as the dress itself.

"It's not on properly yet, Stiles." Lexi chuckled, turning around to face the mirror as she then pulled her hair up and away from the zip so Stiles could zip her up properly. Again, she appreciated how his eyes didn't linger on her body too much, and he was respectable on her comfort.

Stiles swallowed, reaching his hand over to her back, and grabbing the zip with his slightly shaky hands, which were clammy due to how nervous he was. His hands brushed against her bare back as he pulled the zip up effortlessly to the top, before letting his hands drop and admiring his beautiful she looked in the dress. It matched her hair perfectly, and the red lipstick that stained her lips.
Every inch of Lexi Martin was beautiful to Stiles - she was the definition of perfection, every single curve and caress of her body, he could see that her hips had the perfect placement for his hands, and he couldn't wait to just.. Dance with her..

Lexi didn't notice how Stiles looked at her in complete amazement as she pulled her back back down and brushed through it with her fingers properly to make it look like how she would have it on the night of the dance. She was quite glad with the pick, but the one opinion she wanted, was the boys behind her, who couldn't keep his eyes off of her.
"Do you like it?" She asked him, looking up at him through the mirror in front of her. When he didn't answer straight away, she began to panic, "Is it too much? I can go out and find another on?" She then asked him, scared that he wouldn't want to be seen with her..

"Are you kidding? It's amazing. You look absolutely.. Beautuful." Stiles rushed out, scared that he had upset the girl by not talking - he was just so shocked at how great she looked, that he couldn't form any words at first..

Lexi couldn't help but smile at his words, appreciated at how kind he was. She glanced at him through the mirror, about to turn around and face him, before they heard a staff member outside of the changing room announce that only one person was allowed in there at once, causing Stiles to blush in embarrassment once again.
Lexi couldn't help but laugh as he went to run out of the changing room like it was on fire. "I'll get changed and we'll go and find your outfit, next." She shouted out, now slipping out of the dress as she started to change into her other clothes.

Stiles paused in his footsteps at her words, having not expected her to want him to buy a suit or something. He didn't have the money for that.. "I uh.." He stuttered, embarrassed, before he knew he had to tell her eventually. "I don't have any money for one" stiles finally told her.

Lexi rolled her eyes at the thought of him thinking he had to buy his own outfit. "Don't worry. I'm buying Allison's, I'll buy yours, too." She told him, now walking out with her dress in her hands.

"I couldn't do that.." Stiles began to decline, only for her to compelled push his worries to the side.

"It's my dads money, and I don't really care what happens with it. Honestly, you'd be doing me a favour by getting a suit with it. Don't worry." She brushed him off, placing the dress on the till as she pulled out her card to pay.
"I'm thinking, red tie?"
