Taehyung rushed into the club, panting. He didn't even know why he had come there so hurriedly. His sport-coupe Mercedes brought him there in nearly five minutes – when normally it would take around twenty.
"Good evening, Mr Kim," the hostess greeted him. "Do you want another table or you shall sit with your friends?"
"I'm fine, thank you," Taehyung replied and passed her by as if she was a ghost, leaving her surprised and taken aback. He entered the dark and noisy club and took a look around. He glanced with at the dancefloor full of sweaty bodies bouncing against each other and eyes that were glaring with intoxication and dizziness.
BTS rarely had the opportunity to go out clubbing but when they did, he hated every part of it. He hated the unventilated space, the smell of lust and alcohol in the air.
Hastily, he made his way right to the VIP zone where the other members were, his eyes unwittingly searching through the club for a black dress and golden hair.
"Taehyung, my man!" a tall blonde boy greeted him with a handshake that seemed quite familiar to both of them. Taehyung was happy to see his good friend Baekhyun. He was his closest friend outside of BTS. "What brings you here? The other members said you weren't coming. It's not your favourite place, I know." Baekhyun raised his brows, surprised.
"Couldn't sleep." Taehyung replied shortly. "Gotta go, see you later?"
The blonde boy nodded and Taehyung went on to the table that was three or four steps higher than the others. BTS were partying hard already, as he could see. Hoseok had switched to "dance machine" mode and was showing his moves in all of their glory, while Jin was drunkenly trying to copy them resulting in only him and the other boys laughing their asses off. Yoongi was sitting quietly and scrolling on his phone, but still raising his head from time to time, enjoying the party. Namjoon and Jungkook were casually chatting in English with two girls from a fellow idol group who seemed to be amazed by the two's fluent English.
"So that's was I'm saying, the BBMAs were no big deal..." Namjoon bragged proudly while the girls chuckled. "Hey, Tae's here! Let's raise our glass to that because probably we won't see him at a club again anytime soon!" The leader laughed and poured everyone another round of whiskey.
"Kim Taehyung in the flesh! And in a club! I can't believe it, someone pinch me." Jimin exclaimed behind Taehyung's back. "To what do we owe the pleasure?" He grinned sarcastically, earning an annoyed huff from Taehyung.
"Watch your mouth, Chim-Chim, or the dumbbells would accidentally fall on your head the next time we're in the gym." Taehyung grinned. "Anyway, I see you struck out with your target tonight, or is she lying around somewhere in the back, after you've used her like you do with all your dolls?"
Jimin threw his head back in a fit of laughter and put his hand Taehyung's shoulder. The two of them would bicker often but it was never out of malice.
"I didn't make a move. See, I knew that if I said I would you'd come right away."
Taehyung's eyes widened. He couldn't understand what surprised him more – the fact that his friend lied to him or the fact that he felt a slight relief at the fact that Jimin didn't try to conquer the mysterious girl.
"You're such an asshole, you know that?" Taehyung hissed. Jimin put his hand around his shoulder and turned him around. Taehyung's eyes fell on the girl with hair like a golden waterfall. She was sitting by two other girls, probably her friends, quietly typing something in her phone.
"Look at her. So beautiful. She's a ten."
Taehyung's breathing became irregular as he watched her drink out of the glass in her hand. He felt intoxicated but he hadn't had a drop of alcohol and was sober as hell. This girl was doing something to him even from a distance. He wanted to get close, to stare into those earthy eyes. He yearned to touch the soft skin on her thighs, beautifully shaped by her tight black cocktail dress. He shook his head and tried to look away but Jimin held his head in her direction.
"Won't you go and talk to her already. It's been a while since a girl has caught your eye, Taehyung."
"You know I don't do relationships." Taehyung scoffed.
"Who's talking about a relationship? Just have a go at her, nothing serious!" Jimin laughed.
Taehyung gave him a cold-dead stare. "How can you speak of girls in such a degrading way?" he asked.
"Oh, come on. We both know you're not the lovey-dovey type too, Taehyung. Many girls want you, but not a lot of them are up for what's coming after they get to know you. Not many of them get used to... your ways." Jimin looked at his friend with knowing eyes then crossed his legs and talked in a low, hushed voice.
"Okay, hear me out. This is what we're going to do. We send her a drink, anonymously. Tell the waitress that it's from a secret admirer, and so on. We observe her reaction. If she accepts light-mindedly we assume she's the easy type and I go in. I have with her my hour or two of pleasure, take all that I can get from her. But, if she refuses the drink... Then we know she's not cheap, I'll back off and you can proceed however you want with her. Confess your undying love, propose, whatever, I don't give a shit."
Jimin stared at Taehyung expectantly, proud of his creativity in the arts of love.
"Okay, let's do it. Whatever, I don't care." Taehyung shrugged nonchalantly, but on the inside his heart was beating like crazy.
"Oh, yeah! I like you when you're in a mood for a challenge. See, Tae, if you weren't so moody most of the time, you can actually be quite the fun!" He raised his hand to wave down the waitress that was standing next to the table.
"Darling, please" Jimin gave her his most adorable and charming eye smile. "Would you be a doll and bring a bottle of your finest and most expensive champagne to the girl sitting across at the bar? Without telling her who sent it, of course." He winked. Slightly flushed, hhe nodded and scurried off.
Jimin leaned back on the booth and took a sip from his whiskey. A mischievous spark was dancing in his dark orbs.
"Now we wait."

Y/N POV
There was an intrusive smell of sin, lust and alcohol in the club. It infiltrated my nostrils. I really didn't have any intention of attending tonight, but two of my colleagues invited me and I was too shy to refuse. It was my first day at work and I really wanted to get along with the others so I supposed it would be impolite to say no. What was the big deal, I thought, just some bonding time with my female co-workers.
I regretted this decision the moment I walked in and the loud music made my brain suffer.
I ordered three glasses of Cosmopolitan and dove in small talk with the two girls. They seemed like nice people, very warm and polite, at least before the second shot of tequila. After that, they became super tipsy and loud. It wasn't helping that the shots were coming one after another.
"I'm telling you, he's totally playing you, Tiffany!" One of the girls, named Victoria, yelled out and slumped on the bar. "He's a fuckboy. Ditch his ass!"
The other girl was clenching her phone in her hands and biting her lips, obviously faced with a dilemma.
"But he told me he had feelings for me. He just isn't ready to commit right now..." her voice trailed off. "But he can make up his mind soon!"
Victoria snorted so dramatically that she almost fell down from her chair.
"Not ready to commit? Not ready to commit! Bullshit! He's messing with you and you're playing along, Fany! Right, tell her, Y/N!"
I jumped at the mention of my name because as a matter of fact I wasn't following the conversation. I had my eyes on BTS who were chilling in the VIP zone but apparently one of them was missing. Kim Taehyung, where were you?
I saw the way you were checking me out in the gym earlier today.
"Um? Um, hm, yeah," I nodded and hoped that I hadn't agreed on the wrong thing. Movement at the door caught my eyes as I saw him arrive.
"See? Even Y/N sees that you're being a fool. Here, give me your phone." Victoria ordered.
"Noo, no, don't delete his number!" Tiffany exclaimed as Victoria grabbed the phone out of her hands.
"I'm not deleting it, you dummy." Victoria rolled her eyes as if what she was about to do was the most obvious thing in the world. "I'm taking your photo and posting it on your social media so that he can see what he's missing. There. Now never reply to this person ever again!" she scowled.
"Excuse me, ladies," A voice from behind the bar interrupted our conversation as the bartender approached. "This is for you, m'lady."
He put a bottle of champagne right in front of me, and a small red cardboard rose.
I looked at the bottle and then at the girls. Jaw-slacked, they looked just as confused as me.
"From who?" I asked.
"The gentleman wished to remain anonymous, but he asked me to tell you that he's enchanted with your presence." The bartender smiled charmingly and went away quickly.
"Oh my G-o-o-o-d!" Tiffany exclaimed really loudly. "Who do you think this is from?"
"This is a really flashy club. It's full with idols and rich people here. Maybe it's a really rich businessman... or an exotic foreigner... or someone from the idols..." Victoria gawked.
I shrugged my shoulders, pushed the drink away and called for the bartender. He came right away.
"How may I help you, lovelies?"
"Sorry, but I can't accept this," I said and couldn't help but notice a slight disappointment on his face. Was he the mysterious sender?
"The gentleman would be very disappointed if he knew you refused his drink," he pouted.
"Well, if he was such a gentleman, wouldn't it be more appropriate for him to show his face before he starts buying me drinks?" I asked him with a smile on my face and the girls beside me gasped.
The bartender started laughing.
"This kind of thing happens very rarely here. I mean, a girl refusing a drink from a man," he grinned, obviously amused by the situation.
"Well, you can tell him I'm no ordinary girl," I smirked and he took away the cocktail as the girls stared at me in astonishment. I turned around to face them.
"So, another round of tequila?"
A/N POV
Taehyung was observing the whole scene with his sly smile growing bigger and bigger on his face. He felt some kind of triumph over Jimin; he had lost the bet. He glanced at his friend who seemed a little taken aback.
"What an interesting turn of events," Jimin simply said. "I certainly didn't see this coming."
"Not all girls are skanks, you see."
Jimin stood up and Taehyung was surprised to see a shadow of slight annoyance on his face.
"Okay, she's yours. Do as you'd like with her," Jimin said through gritted teeth and snapped his fingers. The next moment one of the girls that was earlier chatting with Namjoon and Jungkook appeared next to him, it was obvious that she was heavily intoxicated. He put his hands on her butt and slapped it. She laughed stupidly as she started walking towards the exit.
"Really? Her?" Taehyung raised his eyebrows, his face contorting in a disgusted grimace.
Jimin shrugged his shoulders, grinned at his friend and followed the girl outside.
"Taehyung-oppaaaa!" Someone squealed behind Taehyung's back and he turned around with a terrible prediction about who it might be. It was the other girl, the friend of the one that Jimin left with.
"Taehyung-oppa, do you want to take at your place?" she begged and squeezed her boobs even tighter with her hands. Her make-up and mascara was almost ruined and a purple hickey graced her neck, probably because she had been making out with someone else before that.
Taehyung peered at her curiously. "What would you like to do at my place?"
"Whatever you want, oppa... I'll let you do anything to me. Anything." She obviously tried to sound innocent but she could barely focus her gaze. She put her hand between his legs and squeezed his inner thigh thigh, then licked her lips seductively.
Taehyung observed her wordlessly her for a couple of seconds and just when she thought he was about to kiss her, he pulled his hand away and looked at her as if she was a giant cockroach and he was ready to spit on her.
"Don't touch me." He sneered, leaving her to stare at him, mouth agape. He gave her a disgusted glare and stood up quickly, walking towards the exit. On his way he was fighting the urge to look at the bar, but finally he gave up.
He glanced towards her seat.
She was gone.
