You are currently in a meeting with Observer Alpha to discuss future plans and steps to weaken the Empire of Sakura after the Azur Lane alliance is destroyed.

Arbiter: May I have your attention please?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **stands at attention**

Arbiter: Thank you, now, we have all gathered here today to discuss how we are going to handle the Empire of Sakura after we destroy the Azur Lane alliance.

Purifier: Can't we just use the Orochi after we destroy them?

Arbiter: The Orochi can only carry three missiles. One for each major faction excluding the Sakura Empire.

Purifier: Understood my Empress.

Arbiter: We should create a peace pack with them after the war and then attempt to strike them where it hurts the most. Which we need to figure out where it hurts the most.

Observer Zero: Isn't an invasion possible?

Arbiter: Yes, but we want them to have as many dead as possible. If they suffer more loses, then they have less power to hit us back with.

Tester Beta: Why don't we distract them while they are recovering? They can't fight well if they don't recover completely.

Arbiter: That is an idea to consider Beta.

Tester Beta: Understood our Empress.

Arbiter: We should strike at night because we can see in the dark using night vision optics while they can't.

Purifier: We should capture or kill the important ones first, they won't have good strategy with out their main power houses.

Arbiter: Hmm, that is a very good point. We will consider it. Now, we what do know is that they have two main divisions important to them. The first is the 1st Carrier Division consisting of Akagi, Kaga, Matsukaze, Uranami, Ayanami, and Zuikaku. The second is the 5th Carrier Division consisting of Shoukaku, Zuikaku, Taihou, and the rest are unknown.

Tester Beta: So what about them? How are we to handle them?

Observer Alpha: It is quite simple Beta, lure them out and into a trap, then throw everything we have at the 1st Carrier Division and then the 5th Carrier Division. With them gone, they will have almost no air support left available. They will be easy pickings.

Arbiter: Then that is what we will do.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: NEIN! (NO!). It would be a foolish move to do so. **stands up and walks over to the board** Our main targets will be Nagato, Mutsu, and Mikasa. If we can capture or sink these three girls, then they will be without leadership and Akagi will be next in line to lead the empire most likely. She is on our side so it will be an advantage if she takes control. Then we will capture or sink Akashi and Shiranui. They are the two ships that keep the Empire of Sakura's economy stable. If we capture or kill these five girls, then they will be left with a crippling economy, moral, and leadership. We should first focus on Nagato and Mutsu for as they will be the main ones to take. If possible, Mikasa will be there to. Then we strike and capture Akashi and Shiranui.

Arbiter: That isn't a bad idea at all Doctor. But Akashi has joined the Royal Navy already.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Then death to a traitor of their empire.

Arbiter: But who will be able to capture them? We would need to lure them away from protection and crowds.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Observer Alpha can lure them to the so special peak and that is were I will come in from behind and give them the classic Chloroform ragging. Mikasa should be at her house during that time.

Observer Alpha: And what would be a good distraction?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: You of course, without the Orochi, with is not future for the empire. So trick them into coming to the peek for something important that has to do with the Orochi.

Observer Alpha: And when would we strike?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: How about tomorrow? They won't be doing anything tomorrow.

Arbiter: Then it's decided. Tomorrow you two will capture Nagato and Mutsu of the Empire of Sakura and possibly Mikasa as well.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Understood our Empress.
