It has a week since the first battle with the H-76 and H-78 prototypes, you are currently inside the lab working on the vaccine for the mass produced Siren's.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Tonia, have we tried mixing this vaccine with the usual Siren blood yet?

Tonia: No Doctor, we fear it could have very negative effects without confirmed test results being positive. We just need to find a way to ensure its effect on the blood stream won't backfire on the body as it is transported through out the body. It takes away to much Oxygen from the blood cells while being transported Doctor.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I can see that. What if we reduce the size of the chemical slightly? It wouldn't require as much Oxygen from the blood cell if its size is reduced correctly.

Tonia: **gasps** We have yet to have tried that. It is worth a shot.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Then lets get to work on it. **sits down in front of a microscope and looks through it** So the size is unknown, but if we are to reduce said size, then it wouldn't require as much Oxygen from the blood cells. Tonia, please hand me a Type I Syringe please.

Tonia: I already have it Doctor. **hands you the syringe**

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **accepts the syringe**

You remove the cells from the chemical to reduce its size.

Mean while

Observer Zero: Observer Alpha?

Observer Alpha: Yes Zero?

Observer Zero: Do you think the Doctor will have enough time to design more ships for our navy?

Observer Alpha: I don't know Zero. But judging on his recent actions, not soon. But he will most likely design at least one more ship for our navy.

Mark Wayne Windle: I am not to sure of what should be built next in this story. But can you reads look for any designs or blueprints of cool and bada** looking ships and comment the link?

Arbiter: The Doctor is one heck of a talented man, he has just tripled our navy power with just two simple designs for ships. We should hold back some of his ships so we can strike the Sakura Empire when the time is right.

Purifier: My Empress, the Orochi will be complete in about two-three more months.

Arbiter: What? It's supposed to take them at least another year before the construction is complete.

Purifier: Well, Akagi has been feeding it cubes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner non-stop. If she comes this rate up, then the Orochi will be complete in three or four months. If she speeds up the pace slightly, then maybe in about two months the Orochi will be complete.

Arbiter: She must slow down. We haven't collected enough data yet for the Orochi to use against them.

Observer Alpha: I'll have a talk with her. If we can get Enterprise to touch the cube long enough, then we will have all the data we need. Oh wait, they already have the cube huh?

Arbiter: Yes they do, which is beneficial for us. I believe they are trying to figure out what the cube is for and its relationship with Project Orochi.

Observer Zero: When the project is complete, which faction will we destroy first?

Arbiter: We will hit the Eagle Union's base first, then the Royal Navy's base. After that, we must finish off the remaining Azur Lane ship-girls.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **siting in a chair** Destroy the friends of Enterprise first ja? (yes?).

Arbiter: Well did you get here Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: About three and a half minutes ago my Empress.

Purifier: Why should we destroy her friends first? We have to destroy- cut off.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Think Purifier, if she doesn't have her friends nor anywhere to run and hide in, then she is alone and fighting against our entire fleet and the Project Orochi. And the Sakura Empire of course. It would be a matter of time before she meets her watery grave.

Observer Alpha: So that explains why you told me to open fire with the H-76 and N-78 prototypes AA. You have some experience with commanding warships, right Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I have very little experience, but I do put it to good usage.

Observer Zero: So you are the Doctor I have been hearing about.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Correct. My Empress, I believe the vaccine is complete.

Arbiter: Within two weeks?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: German engineering and science is superior ja? (yes?).

Arbiter: I can see how you invented those weapons now. **giggles** Has the vaccine been tested yet Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Nein, we have been mixing it with the blood of the mass produced Siren's and just finished the vaccine. That is also why I am here my Empress. Can we test the vaccine on one of them yet?

Arbiter: Hmm, of course. But I will be watching.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Understood my Empress. I will be in the lab waiting for you.

Your view

You exit the room and walk back to the lab and wait for the Empress to come back with a Siren.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Well then, prepare for emergency proto-calls and procedures. Anything could happen.

Everyone: Understood Doctor.

They stand back and some of the guards arm their new laser powered Gewher 103 Type I rifles for firing. Then the Empress walks in with a Siren.

Arbiter: She has volunteered to be tested on.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I wasn't expecting a volunteer to arise back it works. Please step inside the chamber.

Siren: Of course. **walks into the chamber**

Erika: Buzzsaw, you're up.

Buzzsaw: Understood. **walks into the chamber and pulls out a syringe** This is hurt like a bullet okay?

Siren: No pain no gain.

Buzzsaw: Understood. **injects her with the vaccine and exits the chamber**

The guards seal the chamber and watch as the Siren is slowly grinning her teeth in pain. Then she stops and looks okay.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: How do you feel?

Siren: A little bit painful but nothing else other then a few shivers up my spin.

You right her words down and look back up.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Are you ready to test your combat abilities?

Siren: Of course.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Escort her to the training grounds.

The guards walk in and grab her. Then they follow you to the training grounds

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Alright, what I did you to do is shoot those targets at 3,000 yds away.

Siren: Um, that is pretty far away, but I'll try. **aims at the targets**

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Fire when ready.

Siren: Okay.

**lasers charging up and then firing**

**KA-BOOM**

She hits all of the targets and doesn't miss a single shot.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Impressive. Try blocking.

You walk over to an artillery gun and aim at the Siren.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I want you to block, shoot, or dodge the shells okay?

Siren: **gulp** Understood Doctor.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Firing in three, two, one, zero.

**BANG**

Siren: **blocks the shell with her topside**

**EXPLOSION**

**BANG**

Siren: **fires her lasers**

You continue to run the testes on her and finally finish after two hours.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **looks at the results** The results excel those of her old ones.

Arbiter: A+ on every single skill. And the vaccine lasts how long again Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I have calculated that and my answer is two and a half days before the vaccine works.

Arbiter: **grins** We have more power over the Iron Blood, your revenge will come soon Doctor.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Indeed, can you also tell those girls to fight another battle, and make sure that they get plenty of data from Enterprise. The more data we have the better. But don't rush them, we want to have plenty of time for me to the invent better and stronger weapons of destruction.

Arbiter: Of course Doctor. Have you done anything else?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Nothing but weapon testing, working on the vaccine, and thinking of a new ship design. I must also show you something deadly I have been keeping secret.

Arbiter: Understood.

You walk back to the lab and enter it. You tell them the results and everyone cheers in joy.

Everyone: We did it!

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Indeed we did, now our next project is the "Code Death".

Mark Wayne Windle: Code Death, sounds like a very deadly name for a very deadly super weapon.

Everyone: Understood Doctor.

They go back to their stations and continue to work on Code Death.

Arbiter: **enters the lab** You wanted to see me Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Yes, follow me please, our Empress. **moves a crate and opens a hatch**

Arbiter: When was that there?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: We might have found it while getting organized. Follow me please. **walks down the hatch**

Arbiter: **follows you** What do you have stored down here Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: If I told you then it wouldn't be a surprise.

You and the Empress walk down a set of stairs and then one hell of a surprise comes into view.

Arbiter: **gasps** What is that!?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I call it, "Code Death" for short. But the invention name I have for it is the V-157 X rocket. Basically a nuclear bomb with a warhead equal to five Tsar bombs and equal to two nukes on board the Project Orochi. She is for emergencies only. You will keep it a secret from anyone and everyone. This can not be seen nor heard of to anyone, this is the weapon of the future and definition and German engineering and science. She is expected to be complete around the same time the Orochi is expected to be complete. She will be transported on a specially designed ship that will submerge and sail underwater with this weapon if we have to use her. The launch pad is on a second ship that will be transported if we have to use this weapon.

Arbiter: **still in aw** So this is what you have been worried about. I will keep it a secret. We should head back before the others get worried.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Agreed.

You head back to the hatch and before you climb the lab, the Empress grabs your shoulder.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Huh?

Arbiter: I must tell you something Doctor.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Understood my Empress.

Arbiter: Two weeks ago, Observer Alpha told me that she has feelings for you that she doesn't understand. What I am asking of you is to accept her. She can be rather lonely sometimes and doesn't enjoy it.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Just as I suspected, I plan to confess today when I have the chance to do so.

Arbiter: I can have you two meet in your dorm.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: That will work. Better to do so in private rather then in public. I don't want to embarrass her.

Arbiter: Thank you Doctor.

You and the Empress climb up the ladder and cover the hatch again. Then you head to your dorm.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **humming the beat for Erika**

Observer Alpha is also waiting at your dorm because the Empress told her to do so.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Hello Observer Alpha.

Observer Alpha: Huh? Oh, um, hi Doctor. You wanted to have a word with me?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Yes I do, follow me. **enters his dorm**

Observer Alpha: **follows you into your dorm**

You and the Observer sit down next to each other and Alpha breaks the silence.

Observer Alpha: What would you like to talk about Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: This may sound strange but I am aware of your feelings towards me Observer.

She is in shook and is speechless from your words.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Now, I am not the one who chooses the destroy ones feelings nor their heart.

Observer Alpha: **tears up** I-I'll be right back.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: No you won't, let me finish.

Observer Alpha: Okay.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I am aware of your feelings towards me. And I also have feelings for your as well.

The Observer looks up at you after that line and has a sense of happiness in her eyes.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: So what I would like to ask you is simple. Will you be my girlfriend Observer Alpha?

Observer Alpha: **gasps and blushes** Y-yes please.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Then it's decided.

She hugs you tightly and cries out the tears of happiness. You return the hug and give her a kiss on the head.

Observer Alpha: **sobs** Thank you, I have been needing this for some time now.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **chuckles** I understand your stress Observer, I will always be there for you.

Observer Alpha: I will be there for you as well Doctor.

She looks up at you and you give her your first kiss. Causing her to blushes heavily and become stunned. You break the kiss after a few seconds.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: That confirms our relationship.

Observer Alpha: **smiles** Thank you, I will try my best to be a good girfriend.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: And I will try my best to the best boyfriend I can be for you. **smiles**
