Recap: The V-157 X rocket was finished and the third Orochi was completed as well.

It has been a week since the two last known major projects have been completed and you are currently within your office working on how to surprise the Azur Lane alliance with the V-157 X rocket.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: If I have Code Death setup here, then it is at a very high risk of being destroyed by those girls. What if I set the rocket up on an island near the Sakura homeland? No, it will be easily seen from afar. Hmm, I know, I will have it setup on an abandoned and deserted island that isn't claimed by any nation yet. The Island of War will be perfect, no one owns nor lives one the island, so it will be perfect to place our secret weapon there and launch it at the girls or the Sakura Empire's homeland.

Observer Alpha: Busy with the rocket and where it's best to setup it up I see.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **chuckles** Yes I am, it will be placed and launched from the Island of War when the signal and time is right.

The Observer floats over to the table and looks at the plans and map on the table.

Observer Alpha: Hmm, very complex.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Indeed, but the recently completed Orochi will be bait ja? (yes?).

Observer Alpha: How so Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: You see, it would be foolish to place all of the Orochi's in one battlefield, so we will only use one for bait. Even if it's destroyed, the other two will complete their mission. One of the Orochi's will be sent to a planned location near the Norwegian coast of Norway while the other Orochi will be sent to coast of the Eagle Union. While the newly completed Orochi distracts them, the other two will launch their presents at these two nations. They will be wiped off the map just like the Iron Blood's were. Once that is done, then they will launch the rest of their missiles at the much smaller nations and take them out until the Sakura Empire is the last nation standing in our way. The newly completed Orochi will also retreat and then be sent to handle the other smaller nations as well. The V-157 X or nicknamed "Code Death" will be launched at the girls of Azur Lane fighting us while they are on water. The rocket will vaporize anyone and everyone within a 300 mile blast zone so make sure that your retreat is planned ahead of time because once she is launched, she won't stop until she hits her target.

Observer Alpha: A simple distraction to kill them behind their backs? Ingenious.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Thank you Alpha. **smiles** Say, can you keep a secret?

Observer Alpha: Of course dear.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I am aware that everyone here doesn't know my full name. I only tell it to the ones that have completely gained my trust.

Observer Alpha: Understandable Doctor.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **sighs** You have gained my trust very well Alpha, so I trust you enough to tell you my full name.

The Observer is motionless because she never expected you to tell herr your full name anytime soon.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: My full name is Wilhelm Von Alfred, head of the Alfred family.

Observer Alpha: **gasps** I....I didn't know that they even had a son. I will keep it a secret for you Doctor.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Thank you.

Mark Wayne Windle: Wilhelm means William. Von means Hope; expectation. And Alfred means Elf Counsel.

Observer Alpha: My pleasure Doctor, it's the least I can do to thank you for accepting me. **giggles**

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Where are the other Doctor's at?

Observer Alpha: Oh them, Richtofen was going to get supplies with Purifier for the vaccine you completed. As for Steiner, I think Observer Zero wanted to have a chat with him about his inventions. I think Zero is into Steiner. **giggles**

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **chuckles** If Steiner and Zero are something together, then would Purifier and Richtofen be something together?

Observer Alpha: Richtofen is perfect for Purifier, both of them boast an insane mind.

Mean while with Richtofen

Doctor Edward Richtofen: This should be the last the requirements for the mass produced vaccine Doctor A. created by hand richtig? (correct?).

Purifier: Of course Doctor R. now lets get them to the lab.

They pick up multiple crates and walk back to the lab.

Doctor Edward Richtofen: Tell me, when is this final battle against the weaklings scheduled to happen again?

Purifier: **giggles** Next week, so we are making everything we need to throw at them and kill them with. 

Doctor Edward Richtofen: Code Death will be setup a few hours into the battle ja? (yes?). Doctor A. has been working around the clock to find and decided an ideal location to place our present that will spell the end of Azur Lane and our message which is f*ck you for betraying us and using us as pawns. I can hear their screams of pain and death in my head! It will be one hell of a show to watch.

Purifier: You seem very excited to watch them die. May I ask why?

Doctor Edward Richtofen: They simply deserve it, using us as pawns for powers and love because we have a nut and they don't, it will teach them a lesson and the price will be their lives.

Purifier's Thoughts

He is a mad man but twice as smart as the average mad man. His inventions as unique like the other Doctor's and their inventions are. I'm glad he is on our side now. Maybe I can express my love to him when we arrive at the lab and deliver these crates.

End of Purifier's Thoughts

They arrive at the lab and deliver the crates, then Purifier asks Richtofen to follow her for a second.

Doctor Edward Richtofen: **places the crates next to a table** This vaccine is ingenious, German engineering and science are superior to all ja? (yes?).

Purifier: Doctor, can I talk with you in private?

Doctor Edward Richtofen: Jawohl. (Yes sir.).

He follows Purifier outside of the lab and finds himself in front of Purifier.

Doctor Edward Richtofen: Is there something wrong Purifier?

Purifier: No, I just wanted to show you something.

Doctor Edward Richtofen: **tilts his head to the left** Which is?

Purifier: This.

She pulls him in and kisses him on the lips. Lip locked he is forced to take in the full moment. After a minute, Purifier breaks the kiss.

Doctor Edward Richtofen: So that is what you wanted to show me then ja? (yes?).

Purifier: Of course.

Doctor Edward Richtofen: Then I believe we are boyfriend and girlfriend from now on.

They kiss once more ad then Richtofen walks back into the lab to continue his work.

Mean while with Steiner and Zero

Observer Zero: What is it like to work on these projects that you think of Doctor?

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: Hmm, well, it is a little difficult at first because of the stress and first few steps to actually confirm that you are going to work on and finish the project. But when you get there, you feel the sense of confidence, joy, and excitement because you want to see what the final result is and will look like at the end of each project and invention.

Observer Zero: I see, so is that why you do such crazy and near impossible inventions Doctor?

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: Yes, just for the fun it and to keep my brain busy with something I enjoy doing. 

Observer Zero: What is it like to create very large projects to you Doctor?

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: Very stressful because you are't using your hands to do it, but you are using machines for the most part of such large creations. It is very time consuming and it will take very, very, a lot of planning to create such large inventions carefully, safely, and correctly.

Observer Zero: What is your favorite part about doing these projects and inventions Doctor?

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: Let me think. **thinking** I would say that my favorite part about these inventions and projects would be testing them and correcting them. When testing them, I feel excited because I'm the first one to actually use them. Then it comes to fixing any flaws and mistakes within the creation, invention, or project. You learn what, how, and why you made the mistake and then you fix it carefully. You learn more about the invention you made itself.

Observer Zero: I see what you mean Doctor. **sits down next to the Doctor** So what if an invention is approved?

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: Then I would feel a sense of success, happiness, and joy because my invention will be used by others to help them. Say, you never did tell me your name Observer?

Observer Zero: My name is Observer Zero. You can call me that or Zero, what works for you best of course. What is your name?

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: My name is Doctor Friedrich Steiner. Student of Doctor Alfred of course.

Mark Wayne Windle: Friedrich means peaceful ruler. Steiner means a stone or rock.

Siren: Doctor? Doctor A. and Doctor R. have requested your assistance in the lab.

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: Oh, understood then. Thank you.

The Siren leaves. Before Steiner gets up Zero stops him.

Observer Zero: Can I show you something for a second Doctor?

Doctor Friedrich Steiner: um, of course. **sits back down**

Observer Zero pulls him in and kisses him on the lips and hugs him. After a minute, Zero breaks the kiss and Steiner leaves and heads to the lab.
