Arbiter - The Empress III: Well then, I am Arbiter - The Empress III of the Siren's. I suppose you're wondering why we have saved you correct?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Yes ma'am.

Arbiter - The Empress: Please just call me Arbiter or Empress. So, I have noticed your inventions of the V-3 and V-4 rocket and your betrayal by Iron Blood. Now, the first thing I will tell you is that you are prohibited to exit the our HQ or base as you call it, unless permission is granted to do so by me and me only. You must also be watched outside of the base by at least two Siren's understood?

Arbiter: Good, the next thing is that you are not allowed to be in the areas where the other massed produced Siren's are. Three, if we are using code names, then you are to expected to use them while writing, thinking, and/or speaking. Four, if you are outside of the base, then you need to remain out of view from anyone and everyone. Five, if a fellow Siren is taken out that was supposed to be watching you, then you will return. If both are taken out, then find another Siren that can open a portal for you to go through and return to our base. Six, you will respect all Siren's at anytime given. Seven, if you commit perverted things here, then I will punish you.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I am no pervert. I have proven that before being betrayed at the Iron Blood's base. I will use code names if told to do so, I will not enter areas that I am prohibited to enter, and I will return if my overseers are taken out.

Arbiter: Impressive, I will look at these later when you are used to the base. **hands you the designs back** Now, Observer Alpha will be giving you a tour and will be showing you your new dorm okay?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: **places the designs into his chest pocket** Yes my Empress.

You and the Observer leave the room and the Observer begins the tour.

Observer Alpha: So this is Emergency room for the mass produced Siren's. We recover their data collected from combat and we also repair their rigging's in here.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Is that why you Siren's refuse to fight us yourselves? You just send the mass produced girls out to fight and collect data and then you store it for use later on?

Observer Alpha: Um, how did you figure that out from just a glance and some words?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: German engineering and science of course.

Observer Alpha: Okay, on with the tour. **walks away from the room**

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Yes ma'am, as a Doctor/scientist, will I be working in a labor in my dorm?

Observer Alpha: Well, the Empress will be deciding that for you. If you are to work in a lab, then you will need specially trained guards and many personal to help you run the lab and your experiments. If it is in your dorm, then I am not sure how that will be carried out. We can go ask her if you would like to?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: I would like to do so now, it is always better to think ahead of time rather than later.

Observer Alpha: Agreed, please follow me.

Observer Alpha's Thoughts

Why do I feel weird when I'm around him? Is it my rigging and or a new power? I feel my body heat up and my face heats up a little as well. I looked in the reflection of the water and saw that my face is a little red on my cheeks. I will have to ask the Empress alone when I get the chance to do so.

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Well, I was wondering were I will work on my inventions for the Siren's. Will I work in my dorm or in a lab my Empress?

Arbiter: Hmm, I can try to get a lab set up for you, but that will take some time because I will have to set up a lab or order for one to be built, then have some of our fellow Siren's go through Special training in order to guard the lab, buy and set up the equipment, decide how the lab will be designed, and also have a crew work with you as fellow scientist.

Observer Alpha: Can't we just use our current lab and assign the Doctor to it temporary until he has his own built or we decide what to do my Empress?

Arbiter: Hmm, that isn't a bad idea. I will also come to inspect those designs of your tomorrow Doctor, understood?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Yes my Empress. But does the current lab have containment chambers? For experiments and etc.

Arbiter: Yes it does Doctor Alfred, Observer, please give him a tour of the lab and then show him to his dorm.

You and the Observer leave the room and head towards the lab for a tour. After a short walk, you and Observer Alpha arrive at the lab and enter it.

Observer Alpha and Wilhelm Von Alfred: **enters the lab**

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Wow, this is way more then what I suspected. All of the equipment is unique and is has higher technology compared to the lab I was used to working in.

Observer Alpha: **giggles** Indeed Doctor, the Empress will have you go through two weeks of training so you know how what the equipment is and how to use it. So this right here is a vaccine syringe Type III A. It is stronger compared the syringes you used and can hold more ounces of a substance then the ones you used.

She spends about thirty minutes giving you a tour of the lab and when she finishes, she leads you to your new dorm.

Observer Alpha: And this is your dorm. If you need any help then please let us know okay Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Yes ma'am Observer Alpha. Thank you for the tour or tour(s) I should say.

You enter the dorm and take a shower. Next, you pull out a hidden trail mix bar and consume it. Then, you wash your uniform and clean your awards. Finally, you go to sleep.
