MUDBLOOD
The biting cold of the november breeze was concerningly rushing through the young man's clothes, making him shiver as if he was bathing with the icy waters of regret. His fists were clenched, eyes glued on the ground.
He watched the grasses as they were creating an illusion of the furious waves, imitating the one's covering the Great Lake.
The young man tucked some curly hair behind his elvish ear, wishing to be in the Hufflepuff Common Room at that moment: Warm and cozy, with the silky sunlight patiently lightening the room, firstly the plants which were placed right below the small, round windows, some reflecting to the ceiling.
" Hey, depressive boy!"
The depressive boy, Dexter Alexis Lee he was. An awkward guy with average grades, arms and legs and a body and a neck as thin as a weak, naked branch against winter... Curly and bushy, bitter brown hair; which he could barely carry with the weak neck he had.
The other young man, who had called Dexter a depressive boy, was Frederick Weasley. A two-meter-tall giant ginger, with caramel skin and bright hazel eyes. Unlike his sister, he had inherited the Weasley's red hair; his was just a little darker.
His mother was half-African and his father was Irish so he was a great mixture of them. He had his father's muscular shape, freckles covering his whole body, outstanding chin and thick eyebrows.
His lips were curvy like his father's but they were plump like his mother's. His eyes were kind of Asian-like, nose was a little wider.
By two-meter-tall giant ginger, Dexter really meant that. He was over two meters, making Dexter feel like he was a dwarf when standing next to him.
Dexter was very short. He was no taller than 5'4, making him the shortest in their gang.
Gang? Yeah, they did have a gang. A pretty cool gang with awesome friendships...
The nerd of the gang was obviously Nate. He was also a Hufflepuff like Dexter was, so they were a bit closer.
However, Dexter actually barely had time to spend some time with him. Whenever he saw him, Nate would always but always would be reading a book or studying for some stupid lessons.
He was a genius, a real genius. He was awarded by the Minister of Magic himself. He was probably smarter than the teachers and he knew more than them.
Nate was unnaturally handsome-maybe he was way too natural. Half of the school was "in love" with him. Everytime they passed the corridors, all of the girls would stare at the gang- Nate, actually.
Dexter could not blame on them... Nate was the literal definition of "perfect". He was extremely smart, had the most handsome face, was musical, was kind, funny, loyal, cheerful and all of that stuff. Of course everyone would want to be with him.
He had extremely bright green eyes, which were shyly hiding behing his messy, raven hair which was long enaugh to fall on his wide shoulders. His teeth were straight and their colour was a healthy white.
He was the second tallest in the gang, making him pretty tall. He was teased (friendly, of course) by James a lot, who was the eldest of the Potter's.
James was that kind of guy who would have millions of girlfriends each week and play with his hair all the time.
He wasn't that handsome. He was just... Average. He was stockier than his siblings. He had a little squarish head, curvy lips and freckles like her mother's, and side-cut reddish brown hair and rectangular glasses which made him look even stockier.
Albus Severus, who was following his brother's bold steps, was a lot skinnier and almost a foot taller than James. He had a lot of zits and always a concerned look on his face. He looked more like his father with his almond shaped green eyes and messy black hair which were longer than his.
He was so shy and quiet, he liked to spend time inside his head. He was a lot smarter than he looked, getting the best grades as a fourth year; after Rose Weasley, his cousin.
Dexter? He was just a stupid stupid boy with a skinny body and bushy, gigantic hair. He was worthless, just another tiny fish in the big pond.
Finally done with description lol
Dexter turned his head towards the deep voice which belonged to Fred. He couldn't grin- the cold was not letting him. He just raised his brows and rolled his eyes.
He was surrounded by the rest of the gang in a few seconds. James snaked his arm around Dexter's neck, winking at some girls from the distance.
One of the girls just rolled her eyes and scowled while the other ones giggled. Maybe they were giggling for Nate, which was more possible.
When Dexter blinked a few times, he realised that the girl who had rolled her eyes was Lucy Weasley, who was a year older than him.
She walked towards them with her skyscraper-like, long and skinny legs and her straight brown hair jumping on her back as she stepped forward.
She was holding a bunch of heavy books, as usual. She hit James' head with them.
As usual.
" What was that for?" he said as he rubbed his head. Lucy squinted her eyes. " You know why." she said. " Don't you already have a girlfriend? What was her name- Sasha?"
"Nah." James said, clicking his tongue. " We broke up with her yesterday, it's now Lindsay."
"Lindsay who? Don't tell me that it's that fake blonde Slytherin..." Fred ripped into the conversation.
"Yep she is." James said, cleaning his glasses. Fred made a face which looked like he was eating something sour. " She's the worst girl ever ugh... Sasha was a lot better."
" You shut up, single ginger." said James as he raised a finger towards him. Fred rolled his eyes.
Lucy suddenly smiled. " Hi Nate!" she said cheerfully. Nate smiled too: " Oh- Hi!"
They were close friends. They were both nerds so they always studied togather. Dexter would always see them behind those huge books in the Hufflepuff Common Room.
Lucy shrugged. "Okay I have to go guys. By the way, Proffesor Longbottom is cleaning the floor right now and doesn't want anybody to come in... You'll have to wait a little before the lesson." she said, her voice fading as she walked away.
"Great." said Dexter. "Like it wasn't cold already." The idea of waiting outside was making him feel sick.
" It's not that cold..." James said as he raised a brow. Nate sighed. " Of course you won't be as cold as him. He's so skinny, you have more fat." James squinted his eyes. "Well thanks."
They all walked lazily towards the Greenhouses. There was still five more minutes. It was hard for them to talk, the harsh wind was swiping their words away.
" Oh here they are!"
Byeong-Ho was standing right behind them with his gang, with an ugly smirk on his face. His green-silver scarf was touching his small, pointy chin with an annatural elegance.
" I smell something wierd, Lee. Can't you also smell it?" He asked, his ugly grin still on his round face. Dexter clenched his fists, stepping forward.
" Oh sorry, people can't smell their own smells. So a Mudblood like you can not smell-"
His sentence was cut smoothly by Nate's sudden attack. In a milisecond, he took his wand out and almost stabbed it on Byeong-Ho's neck.
His "friends" also took their wands out.
They still had no chance against Nate...
" Say. It. Again." said Nate, his voice colder than ice. Dexter touched Nate's arm. "Nate- it's not worth it. I'm okay..." he said with a tiny voice. Still, he already knew that his words would not affect him. Nate was emtremely over-protective when it came to his friends being insulted.
He was right. Nate was pressing harder on Byeong-Ho's neck. Dexter glanced at Fred, who was strong enaugh to carry three people at the same time.
" Oh what are you gonna do? Kill me? Let's see then, you pretty boy. I still can't believe that you're a Pure-Blood.
" Nate, let's not cause more trouble. This is something between me and him." Dexter said with a gentle voice. Nate's facial expression softened a little.
" Don't you ever underestimate me or it'll be the last thing you've ever done." Nate hissed. He then let him go.
" See? I'm still safe. He's not brave enaugh to hurt me; poor, sweet Hufflepuff-"
He wasn't going to say that.
He was not going to say that.
Nate suddenly turned back and raised his fist, which was heading towards Byeong-Ho's face. Dexter panicked and stepped forward. He jumped between Nate and Byeong-Ho...
The last thing that he remembered before falling on the ground with a great pain on his chin was Nate's horrified face and the final breeze of the cold november...
Yup here's the first chapter! Sorry, my descriptions are way too long and boring but eh... Lol please comment your opinions below, wether they are positive or negative! I didn't read this chapter again before publishing it so you might see a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes... I'm not a native speaker! And I don't know how Korean names work so... Yup.
