The reason MePhone4 treats Toilet like trash, is because he has been treated the same way. He just doesn't know how to cope. 

MePhone4 is planning on going to therapy since MePad suggested it to him.

4 doesn't treat MePad like trash, because MePad was the only one there for him when they both left Steve Cobs. 

Steve used to tell MP4 he was a disappointment and yell at him and sometimes ever get physical when he wouldn't do the tasks correctly. Thanks to this, he's trying to impress more than doing this own thing. 

MePhone4 does feel bad for contestants when they're sad after an elimination, but doesn't want to show comfort, because he never got it himself and always got told emotions are weak.

MePhone4 sometimes generated food for himself to eat while watching his contestants do the challenge. Sometimes someone sees it and says something about it, but MePhone just replies with "What? I was hungry." or something like that.

MePhone4 sometimes has problems sleeping. How does he cope? By eating stuff until he's sleepy again. 

MePhone4 sleeps with a little dog plush he once won at a fair. He named the plush Woofy. Toilet and MePad know about it and think it's adorable, but MePhone4 keeps denying the existence of Woofy.

MePhone4 can also play music via MeTunes or Motify (II version of Spotify). He sometimes does this to have a little party with the contestants. Yes, he has had ads through the songs, which the contestants find hilarious. 

He might seem homophobic or not interested in romantic stuff at all at first, but he secretly likes shipping his contestants and he has a crush on MePad.
