I walked into my new room and basically fell onto the bed. A heavy sigh escaped me as I tried to relax after my suddenly stressful life. Being transported into a new, completely different world was hard enough, but having to adjust to the school and the curriculum as well was just too much, along with having this weird ability to summon a collection of hot guys...

I rolled over and laid on my back to stare at the ceiling. My thoughts were distracting me from the possibility of a nap, so I opened my phone. As I messed around a bit, a call from Alpheratz came through.

"Hello?" I answered, unsure why the sorcerer was calling me when I saw him not long ago in a meeting.

"Ah, Y/n," he sounded tired, as usual, "Sorry to call in your free time, but you seemed stressed today, so I thought I'd check on you."

I bit my lip to hide my smile even though no one could see me, "Aw, that's so sweet!"

I could hear Alpheratz quick, breathy laugh at my response before he continued, "...I guess I was a bit worried. This all must be difficult, have you been sleeping alright?"

"Well, it takes me a while," I stated honestly, "But I do sleep, it can be a bit restless though."

"Mhmm," He muttered, "If you'd like, I can bring you a tea that should help with that, are you busy?"

"Right now?" I questioned, "I'm not busy, but what about you? Isn't this going too far out of your way?"

"...see you soon," He said and hung up before I could protest further.

I stood up quickly and went to the mirror in the bathroom, fixing my hair from laying on the bed and straightening out my clothes. I then messed my hair up just a little, so I didn't seem too excited or anything. I sighed as I saw how my cheeks were blushing at the thought of Alpheratz bringing me some tea because he was worried about me.

Out of all the council members, Alpheratz was definitely the one who had my attention the most. Something about him always drew my eyes, and I found myself agreeing with what he said more often then not, doing whatever he asked of me easily. All I wanted to do was lay in the grass in the warm sun next to his strong body.

A knock on my door distracted me from my increasingly embarrassing thoughts.

"That was fast," I opened the door to Alpheratz in a simple sweater with a thermos.

He shrugged as I let him inside and closed the door, and we sat at the small two seater table I had in front of the window. As he poured me a cup of the tea, we made simple small talk.

"Here you are," He slid the cup across to me, "Let me know how it tastes."

I brought the cup to my face and could smell the surprisingly sweet aroma. A small sip already had me feeling more calm, although that was probably also due to the strong presence sitting across from me. Alpheratz leaned his cheek on his palm as he watched me, and I hoped he wouldn't notice the blush slowly appearing on my face under his astute observation.

"It's wonderful!" I said continuing to drink it.

"I'm glad," Alpheratz smiled softly, "It should help you sleep calmly."

"Thank you... You really have no idea how nice this is, everything has felt like such a mess lately but this..." I sighed but I did my best to smile, "Really, thank you."

Alpheratz sat up and leaned back in his chair with a shrug, and it almost looked like he could have been blushing, "No problem, I'll do anything to make you feel comfortable here. Well, I'll get going then so you can rest."

I walked him to the door and we said our goodbyes. That night, I went to sleep with thoughts of Alpheratz.

The next morning, my bed felt considerably warmer than I remembered. And there was an extremely solid pillow that I was resting my head on. I sat up slightly and looked down to see a bare, muscular chest.

"Alpheratz!?" I practically screamed at the intrusion in my bed.

He just grumbled something about it being too early and rolled over.

"Alpheratz, wake up! What are you doing in my bed!?" I asked, quieter this time as I didn't want to wake up anyone nearby.

"Huh?" He slowly opened his eyes and rubbed them before looking at me properly, "What... Where am I?"

He looked around the room and then at me.

"My room," I said, significantly calmer now, "Why are you here? How did you get in... Uh, my bed, without waking me up?"

Alpheratz sat up properly, leaning against the headrest as he went into deep thought before answering, "Did you maybe summon me somehow?"

"What? Like, while I was asleep?" My head was spinning a bit now, from the idea that I could accidentally summon Alpheratz in my sleep, "That's crazy."

"For now, I need to get back to my room," Alpheratz said as he got out of bed.

"Dressed like that?" I asked referring to the fact he was shirtless and wearing only grey sweats.

He looked down at himself and before he could answer there was a knock at my door.

"Y/n, are you awake?" Arcky's voice came through the door.

"Uhm, yeah, two seconds!" I called back, then got out of bed, ushering Alpheratz to the bathroom. I grabbed my dressing gown and left him there.

I opened the door and Arcky came inside, "Good morning! I was wondering if you wanted to join me in town today?"

"Oh, sorry," I tried to think of some way to get Arcky to leave, "I wanted to finish some assignments today."

"That's okay! Would you like my help then?" He offered but before I could answer, there was a crash from the bathroom, "What was that? Is someone in there?"

He walked over to the door and opened it before I could stop him. Alpheratz stood like a deer in headlights, he had knocked over some of my hair products from the counter.

"Alpheratz?!" Arcky was understandably confused, "What?!"

I sighed as Alpheratz waved awkwardly at Arcky.

"I'll explain," I said and Arcky turned to face me, "I seem to have accidentally summoned Alpheratz in my sleep..."

"We didn't realise until Y/n woke up this morning, so we're not sure when it happened exactly," Alpheratz added walking out of the bathroom, still shirtless.

Arcky frowned, thinking hard about what had been said. He nodded like he accepted this somehow.

"Okay. But why is Alpheratz still here then?" He asked, "Shouldn't you have informed us immediately? This could be dangerous, or at least let us know in case any of us are summoned randomly."

"Well, we just woke up before you knocked on the door," I said.

"And I'm not exactly dressed to go out..." Alpheratz added through a yawn.

Arcky considered this before saying he would go get some clothes for Alpheratz. I sighed and sat down on the bed.

"Sorry," Alpheratz said, standing awkwardly in the doorway of the bathroom.

"What are you sorry for? I'm the one who summoned you unconsciously," I replied.

Arcky returned not long after he left with a t-shirt for Alpheratz. It was tight on him, the outline of his muscles clear beneath the fabric.

"I'll head back then, we'll discuss this later with the council," Alpheratz said, Arcky leaving behind him.
