I laid face down on my bed, sighing every now and then into my pillow.

'Did I really just cry in front of Belphie?! Aahhh, how am I going to face him tomorrow?!' I screamed quietly into my pillow. I decided to go to sleep. Sleeping seemed like the only solution to a lot of things lately.

After an hour of sleep, I woke up to something in my room being knocked over. I sat up and turned my lamp on.

"Who's there?" I asked, then Belphie stood up from the ground.

"H-hey..." Belphie said awkwardly.

The thing I heard being knocked over was Belphie tripping over something, "Um, are you okay?"

"Yeah." He stood there for a bit not saying anything.

"...Why are you in my room?" I asked finally.

"No reason." Belphie said and looked to the wall, away from me.

"I'm confused, you don't have a reason for being in my room?" I sat up in bed.

He hesitated, "...I couldn't get to sleep, and, uh, I thought I'd check on you."

"Oh, um, thank you. I think." I said, "Um, are you just gonna stand there?"

"I'll leave then, good night." Belphie said and turned to leave, but I got out of bed and grabbed his hand before he left.

"Wait."

"Yes?" He looked at me and I froze.

"Uh," I let go of his hand, "Sorry."

"What for?"

"For being mad. Oh, and crying before. It's not like me." I said.

"It's okay." Belphie said, "...I guess I'm sorry too. For messing up your room and stuff..."

"Thanks."

We stood there for a bit, not knowing what to do. I sat on my bed and patted the door next to me.

"Y'know, it's kinda late, and your room is all the way down the hall, so, uh, why don't you sleep here tonight?"

"I dunno--"

"Please?" I said, "Isn't my bed super comfy?"

Belphie laughed, "Ok, sure. Wait, you want us to share the bed?"

"Mhmm! It's big enough for both of us, right?" I said sliding under the blanket and patting the pillow next to me.

Belphie got in bed and laid awkwardly next to me. I put my arm over Belphie and cuddled up next to him, making him blush.

"Aw, are you embarrassed?" I teased.

"Shut up." Belphie said.

"Thanks." I kissed his cheek and rested my head on his shoulder.

"...Who knew a simple human could make me feel like this..." Belphie mumbled to himself.
