IN THE EXCHANGE STUDENTS GROUP CHAT

MC: That boy you all saw, his name was Yuko Karimi

MC: He was my childhood friend and boyfriend

Lucifer: I see, if you don't mind is asking, how did you two meet?

MC: Ah that old story, well it happened one sunny day

(MC sat by a tree, she appeared to be about five or four years old, she hears the sound of footsteps and a young boy making airplane noises. She sat there knees to chest, she looked a bit sad as her eyes were looking to the ground. 

" Huh?, Why are you here all alone? "

MC looks up to see a younger version of Yuko not too far from her, he stood on the other side of a fence separating there houses. MC just looks away, deciding it's best not to answer the young boy.

" You don't talk much do you? "

Yuko spoke, as he turns to walk away,

" My dad hits me when I talk "

MC spoke as he turns to look at her, MC looks up to look at Yuko.

" Well he's not a father if you ask me, I'm I'm Yuko Karimi, what's your name? "

Yuko spoke smiling at her, MC looks  a bit shocked. She looks away, " I-I'm MC (L/N) "

Diavolo: MC I-

Luke: Your father, did he-

MC: Yes as a young child my father would easily get anger, and he'd take his anger out on me

MC: Of course he kept it a secret from my mother, till a bit after I meet Yuko

Satan: So that man, it was your father being arrested

MC: Yes, me and Yuko got along well since neither of us had our fathers in our life

MC: Yuko was the first friend I ever made, I was always by his side

MC: Of course then we meet Yuki and Nami, and soon it was the four of us

Beelzebub: Are those the names of the other two people we kept seeing you guys with?

MC: Yes, no matter what me and Yuko were always together

MC: He was always so bright, lively, so carefree, unlike me

MC: Who was quiet, kept to myself, and preferred to keep to myself

MC: But no matter what he stayed by my side, though thick and thin

Solomon: You both seemed so close, so when did you both start dating?

MC: Well since we were always so close, people just assumed we were dating

MC: Neither of us ever officially asked the other out, we just started to date

MC: At that time we were in middle school, we really didn't care for what others said

Barbatos: I see, you both were like two missing puzzle pieces to the other

Simeon: It appears so, your love for one another was so strong for each other

Asmoedus: Yes, but what happened?

MC: Well when high school started,  I went to a different school then them

MC: It was then in high school did Yuko, Yuki, and Nami formed a band

MC: Of course I supported them at first, I was happy for them

MC: Pretty soon Yuko was working multiple part time jobs to buy this new guitar

MC: He bearly had any free time, that leading to us spending less time together

MC: Causing us to drift away from another, it made me feel like I wasn't even worth his time

MC: Pretty soon I felt ignored and felt left behind, it made me a bit angry

Mammon: Of course you will, I mean who'd ignore there girlfriend just to buy some stupid guitar

Leviathan: Speak for yourself, you sell our stuff all the time and always gamble and lose everytime

Mammon: THAT'S DIFFERENT!

Satan: Hmm sure 🙄🙄

Lucifer: Quiet down, MC please continue

MC: Well pretty soon there was just so much I could take

(MC, Yuko, Yuki, and Nami are shown to be at the train station. 

"Sorry MC we got band practice, maybe we can walk home some other time "

Yuko spoke as he looks back at the other two, MC just turns around. " Hey you can show up a bit late, you guys bearly hangout. Go on, have a little fun " Nami spoke. 

" Huh?, Really?, Well okay. What do you say MC? "

Yuko goes to touch her shoulder but she slaps his hand away, " Oh so now I exist to you?, Well I don't care. Just go on ahead to your little band, I don't care, not like any of you cared before " MC spoke in a angry tone. 

" MC that's not it, jeez what's your problem. I told you I'm really passionate about this band, it's for our future "

" I don't give a fuck, it's always "oh my band this ", " my band that ". I really don't care, you can take your band and shove it up your ass for all I care " MC spoke.  " MC I'm doing this for us, I want a good future for us. With this band I can make that reality, you're being a brat right now. What else do I have to prove I love you more than anything!!? " Yuko spoke. 

" Would you die for me, then?! " MC yells, Yuko looked at her shocked. MC just clenches her hands into fists, she then goes to walk away from him and the others.)

MC: That evening we had our biggest fight

Diavolo: So because of everything you let your angry fet the best of you?

MC: Yes

Leviathan: Then you guys broke up?

MC: Not exactly

Luke: What do you mean MC?

MC: After our fight I didn't see him for three days, of course I got worried

MC: I also thought I might of over reacted, so after school I decided to visit him so we could talk

Asmoedus: And you walked in on him cheating on you?

MC: I wish that was the case

Belphegor: Then what happened?

MC: Well I got to his house, I had a spear key so I walked in and went to his room

MC: What I saw next, it haunts me to this day

(MC stood in front of Yuko door, she was nervous but takes a deep breath. She then knocks on the door, " Yuko it's me MC, I'm coming in. Listen I'm sorry abo- " MC spoke as she opens the door, only to stop dead in her tracks. There she saw beer bottles and cans across the floor, clothes, books, and other things scatter across his floor. There in the middle of his room, Yuko was there as a noose was wrapped around his neck.

" YUKO?!, OH GOD PLEASE NO!! "

MC yells as she ran to him, she grabbed his legs trying to lift him so the noose wouldn't be as tight around his neck. He was too heavy and she was struggling, " Please don't leave me Yuko!! " MC yells.

" What's all this yel-, Yuko?!! "

Yuko mother yells as she runs into the room, she was quick to grab a stool by his feet. She used a pocketknife to cut the rope, MC catches him and lays him so he's on the ground .

" Yuko please answer me, Yuko!! "

MC touches his face, his once almond skin was pale and he felt cold to the touch. MC tried CPR but it didn't work, he was already gone. " Y-yuko.....please, don't leave me.... " MC spoke as she broke down crying, as Yuko mother sat next to her crying as well.)

Belphegor: No way he-

Diavolo: MC, I'm so sorry

Lucifer: But wasn't he so happy and so bright?

Mammon: Yeah, so why did someone like this suddenly decide to take their own life?

MC: I thought the same but, as it turned out Yuko was suffering from depression

MC: No one but his mother knew, I don't know exactly why he decided to take his own life

MC: His mother said after our fight he was so sad and just not himself

MC: But his autopsy showed he consumed a lot of alcohol, just before he died

MC: It's my fault he died, if only I didn't provoked that fight he'd still be here

Asmoedus: No that's not true, I mean we don't know what he was thinking

MC: But I lead him to think it, if only I would of gone there sooner, he'd still be there

Simeon: MC I know what we might say won't change your mind, but you can't blame yourself for how things turned out

Simeon: But just know it's not your fault, maybe something else triggered him

Luke: MC that guitar, is that Yuko's guitar?

MC: Yeah, after he died I shut myself away, I no longer talked to Yuki or Nami

MC: I always took his guitar with me, I didn't make an effort to interact with others

MC: I was always haunted by the thought I lead Yuko to his death, pretty soon my once brightful world turned black and grey

Satan: MC if you don't mind me asking,  when you came to Devildorm how long has it been since he died?

MC: Three years

Solomon: And you carried that burden that long?

MC: Yeah

Beelzebub: MC when you came you seemed so happy, was that just an act?

MC: Yes, in the Human realm I acted like I didn't care, I never made an effort to smile or anything

MC: But after I heard Diavolo introduced speech, I thought 'well this guy seems friendly and determined, so I might as well help him'

MC: So I put on my mask and pretended, I acted like I was so happy but on the inside I just wanted to lay down and cry

Luke: So you lied

Barbatos: Now Luke let's not get angry

Luke: But she lied, was protecting me from Lucifer just a lie too?!

Solomon: Luke just calm down

MC: No he has a right to be angry, honestly it was wrong of me to lead him on like that

MC: I myself just wanted to get through this one year, but at some point I started to care for you all

MC: I found myself wanting to get closer to all of you,  I thought maybe if I helped you all my conscious will free myself from causing Yuko to kill himself

MC: But I knew that was a lie, I just wanted you all to be happy, no one deserved to live in such despair

MC: I wanted you all to be happy, even if no one could help me I wanted to help you all

MC: But pretty soon I found myself wanting to be around you all, and before I knew it

MC: I found myself smiling, waiting to wake up to see you all

MC: That past that haunted me, slowly it began to disappear and I was able to look forward to the present

MC: I was no longer stuck in the past, in my dark world. Pretty soon my world seem to brighten up

Belphegor: And so you were finally able to be happy

MC: Yeah, I will always be grateful to you all. So when the exchange program ended I wasn't too sad, cause I knew I'd see you all again

Diavolo: MC I'm sorry for everything you went through, but I'm happy you are finally able to be happy

Barbatos: Yes, but no matter what know we'd always be here, we'll never leave you

Lucifer: Yes you helped us so much, more than you needed

Luke: MC you might of lied at first, but

Luke: Just know you have us, so don't be afraid to talk to us

MC: You guys

MC: I'm glad I meet you all

Everyone: And we're glad we meet you
