Before the chapter starts, please know I write using MC and Y/N interchangeably unless requested otherwise. Just know that I'm every chapter, unless otherwise stated, will be written as an MC/(Y/N) story.

On to the story ☆〜（ゝ。∂）

It was a quiet afternoon in the House of Lamentation; too quiet. Snickering can be heard from the top of the stairwell, Mammon and MC holding onto one another as they quietly giggle to themselves. Oh the madness these two have caused in only five months of knowing each other. Poor Lucifer would have a head of grey hair if he weren't a demon.

Not long after the exchange program began, the House of Lamentation became a war zone that few were safe from. Everyone was a target for the new prankster duo, even Lucifer wasn't safe from their mischievous games. Though they know better than to do it more than once a month. The same can be said now, several months later, as the second eldest demon and resident human slink down the stairwell. Their postures almost comical as they tiptoe their way towards the dinning hall, waiting for anything to happen.

Almost instantly, they hear a loud bang come from upstairs and a screech of surprise ring out. Moments later, the two of them can be seen booking it out of sight as the third eldest sprints out of his room. His demon form, which is now completely covered in glitter and confetti, stomps down the stairs. His hair and clothes shimmering with thick layers of glitter, making him shake his head to free himself of the shiny dust. Leviathan is now radiating new levels of rage that could rival that of an annoyed Cerberus.

"Mammon, you absolute scumbag! Where in the Devildom are you?! How dare you and MC set glitter and confetti bombs in my room!!" Leviathan seethed, speeding down the stairwell and searching the house in a rage-filled frenzy. "Do you know how long it will take me to clean it all up?! Do you know how much anime I'll be missing because of you two?! When I find you both, I'm going to tear you and MC to SHREDS!"

This only makes the duo laugh more to themselves. Luckily, MC was quick enough to cover Mammon's mouth, as well as their own, so they wouldn't be found instantly. When both MC and Mammon calm down, the listen closely to see whether or not Levi is close. Some how, the chaotic duo have found themselves in a closet snuggly packed together. Neither paying attention to how close they are.

In a rush of rage, Levi tears through the house looking for the two. Opening and slamming doors, pushing and lifting furniture, some of which are now torn or splintered from his sheer strength in his rage.

This is the moment MC started to get nervous, quietly clinging to Mammon. They didn't think Levi would get this angry about some glitter and confetti. "Hey, Mammon." MC whispered out, their voice shaky as they spoke. Mammon turned to look at them, feeling how they trembled against him. If the closet had any light, he's sure he'd see how watery their eyes are. "I'm scared. Did we go too far?" They asked, head burying itself into his chest where he felt their tears silently fall.

"Hey hey hey, it was all meant in fun. If he finds us, I'll make sure he won't touch ya, alright? I'm your first, so that means I hav' ta keep ya safe, ya hear?" MC nods, hugging Mammon who's now redder than Diavolo's hair. "Thank you, Mammon. You always know what to say." MC says, smiling into his chest.

"Oi, we can't be gettin' all mushy-gushy now. We still hav' ta watch out for-" "There you two are!" Levi shouts, yanking the door open only to have a foot slam against his chest as Mammon drags MC out of the closet, out the door, and away from the house. MC, though terrified for their life, is giggling as Mammon sprints for his and MC's life.

In the distance, the duo can hear a loud scream from Leviathan.
"MAMMON, I'M GONNA KILL YOU!!"

Needless to say, MC and Mammon can't return to that house for a long time. Or until MC buys Levi the new limited addition Ruri-Chan figurine.
Whichever comes first.
