—I'm losing it quicker now.—
I'm losing the weight quicker now. I'm down to 119lbs, but that's not enough. I need to lose more weight. That's the only way I will finally be happy and perfect.
Over the past few days altogether I've eaten 5 strawberries, a granola bar, and 1 chicken wing. The chicken wing was something that I couldn't stop myself from doing. But I will never let that happen again. I must be in control. I will not let food control me. Never again.
