"Shezaad why the long face bruh? We will find her.. I am sure" I assured Shezaad walking out of the shower toweling my hair. Its kinda shaking that we almost got to our chukki and lost her too in a second..

After all if its Allah's plan its gotta be that way.. no matter how hard we try it will happen in the alloted time its supposed to happen..

Shezaad seemed to be so lost in thought that he didnt see me coming out neither did he hear me speaking..

"Shezaad . Listen up.." I shook him out of his trance.

"What Itthu?" He seemed exasperarted at the invasion..

"You all right bud?"

"Of course I am.. he chuckled.. you think I am upset in missing her?" He raised his eyebrows while I nodded.

"Sure I am a bit.. but look man on the bright side after all these years of wondering where she is we finally got to know she is here in our native.. man that's freaking amazing.. how foolish of us.. we were searching for her all around except for the place where we found her.. if only we didnt attend Danish's function..." he prolonged shuddering at the results which might have taken place if only we missed it..

" they moved out right.." I urged.

"Yah but its over 10 years now.. what if they thought to moveback.." making me ponder..

"Hey itthu.. got an idea.."
He leaned out of the bed and grabbed his phone out of the side table..

"What?"
"Lets check on Insta and fb and all other  social medias bro" he exclaimed his voice laced with excitement..

I gave him a duh expression and shrugged "do you think this idea never crossed my brain before? I never found anything because we dont know anything about her.."

He groaned.. "dude what do you know about her..think.."

"Buddy same as you.. I know she is Ana and you call her chukki.."

"Hey..." this time it was a freakingly handsome idea crossing my brain.."shez what if we check her childhood home.."

"I did it Itthu.. it was the first thing I did after the concert.." he sighed.

"Doode what if we inquire regarding here
whereabouts from the house owner?"

"Did it already manh.. that house has been sold out thrice plus a dozen or more families has rented it out in these 10 years" he sighed..

"Busted.." I muttered..

"Itthu what's her name" he asked with a confused expression..

I couldnt control my laughter and bursted laughing..

"Bro I sure know love is blind.. but here its nameless and what not.." I giggled..

He laughed along too scratching his neck.. "I know right.. but you know whats more funnier.. that the bhai doesn't even know his sister's name.." he winked

I was happy that he is taking it light and not worrying like I expected him to..

I shrugged returning him a sheepish smile.. "what am I supposed to do machan.. her name was so damn long.. it was Ana and then you came along then It was chukki.."

"Hey atleast her dad's name Itthu.. or anyone from her family"

"It was uncle and aunty.. and then her lil bro was malli" I replied in a serious tone..

He furrowed his eyebrows..then realization dawned on him what I said he turned red infuriated and threw a pillow at me screaming "die die.." when it missed me he literally pounced on me punching..

"Assalamu alaikum guys.." mum opened the door to our room..

"Yikes.." she exclaimed when she saw us wrestling on top of each other..

"Guys.. did I time travel 6/7 years back?" She asked chuckling sitting in the couch beside the bed while we straightened ourselves..

"You guys dont change.." she fake huffed giggling..

"So mish dear when are you bringing my DIL to me?" She smiled mischievously..

"What do you mean mom" I was confused..

"Daughter In Law.. she emphasised.."when do I have to come to bring her here legally.." she smiled..

A fat happy smile made way to my face and heat rushed to my cheeks makin mum and shez to giggle..

"Mom its nothing.. shez is just playing along.." I muttered..

Mom pouted rolling her eyes and sat on my bed while shezaad looked amused..

"Come on Mish dear.. as if I dont know whats going on my son's head" she chuckled..

"Temme about her.." mom urged..

"Mumma.." shezaad piped in.."to know about her my darling bro has to see her face right.. I dont know whether she has seen him properly or not but our dear over here goes all red and stares at the floor for hours.." he laughed clutching his stomach

I shot him a shut-up-right-now-look..

"mom she is the best.. best in each and every way.. I- I think.. she.. she.. is the right person for me.." I blushed..

Mom clapped her hands in excitement.." so son.. when do we have to come over to legally bind over both of you.."

"But mom.." I prolonged..

"But what honey?" Mom questioned " she is the one suitable for our family isnt she?.."

"Yes mumma 100% .. out of all the girls in the world she would be the best selection mum.. but the question is am I the right person for her and her family? Will her family accept me?" I lowered my shoulder eventually letting out the fears eating my head..

Mom looked shocked while shezaad s jaw hit the floor..

"Why wouldn't they accept you mish?" He urged..

"Why dear.. why wouldnt they?"

"Mom.. my past.. mom I am an orphan.. I dont know where my real parents are let alone know whether they are alive or not.. will they want their daughter marrying someone like me.." I sighed..

"Ilthumish.. what are you speaking?" Mom looked hurt..

Crap Itthu.. go to hell..

"Mom.. I'm just scared.. " I cried out laying my head on her lap..

She lifted my head kissing my forehead.." Ilthumish I may not have had the honour of carrying you in my womb.. but young man listen.. you are our eldest son.. Ilthumish mahnoor.. the eldest heir of R.K industries and your wife is gonna be the eldest daughter in law of our family and there will be no any change in that.." she said in a stern voice making my heart burst with happiness ..

"Thank you mum.." I whispered..

"No son .thank you instead.. for being such a wonderful son.." she hugged me..

"Well well a group hug without me?" Shez pouted pouncing on me again..

"So bro.. finally gonna get your girl ha.." he thumped me on the back..

"Shezaad show some respect she is gonna be your bhabhi.." mom scolded..

"Ilthumish whats my eldesr DIL's name.." she winked..

"Nushrath.." I blushed again..

"Doode.. success.." shez screamed again hugging me..

"How bro how.." he whined.. thiss big matter solved in this small time.." he pouted ..

"Luck bro luck.." I winked..
"Mooooommmmm... I prolonged "your younger DIL might be on her way too.." I laughed seeing shezaad blush at once her eyes widening..

"Subhan allah.. these guys.. Allah save that poor girl Ilthumish.." mom winked giving me a hifi..

"Why mom.. why.."

"I am still not ready to burden a 10 year old grown idiot to a poor girl.. it would be violation of child rights" she said in a serious tone.. making us all burst in to laughter..
