I decided to go on a mini vacation, Dan was too busy but insisted I go. So here I was having nearly every treatment I could think of and between them just relaxing. That was until my phone rang.

"Hello."

"Rosie, I need to procure some things from your wardrobe for a party in Brooklyn." Blair vented without a proper greeting.

"Whatever just don't spill anything on my clothes. Wait did you say Brooklyn? why are you going to a party in Brooklyn?"

"Your brother has put a fatwa on me and I plan to break it. Thank you." she sang and hung up.

"Ugh, I think i need another massage"

"Chuck, I'm supposed to be relaxing." I huffed "I should switch my phone off."

"Well, I think you should call your Beau, seems like he's having a lovers tiff."

"Chuck your drunk, and annoyed. Leave me alone"

I groaned as my phone rang again. i looked at the caller ID Jenny. I sit up and answer it

"Jenny?"

"Rosie." She sighed "Can you talk? I don't know who else to talk to" I moved to sit up and covered myself again, then dismissed the masses

"Yeah, what's wrong."

"I don't even know where to start, but I figured if anyone wouldn't judge me. It would be you." she told me

"A while back at Eleanor's fashion show Agnes and some other girls roofed me. They then took me to a bar with these bunch of guys but Nate saved me. Ever since then the crush I had before has been back like full force."

"Okay" I move to sit on my bed

"I did thing, things that I would hopefully make him see me like he did before but he's to wrapped up in Serena to even notice. Even wen she's been lying to him."

"How has she been lying?"

"Carter came back just before the wedding. I tried to help him see what was going on but..." she trailed off "I even asked Chuck for help but nothing worked."

"No, Nate would see no fault with Serena. But, Jenny. Trying to sabotage under the guise of helping never works. Anyone who thinks so, is just fooling themselves. You are a great girl Jenny and some one will see that you just can't force it."

"I know but she's been lying to him. Why does she always lie and keep secrets then comes out smiling fabulous. That and something weird is going on with Lily, my Dad seems upset. Then there's Chuck who seems to be wrecked from the break up and all he wants is his best friend "

"Okay, that's it I'm coming home. " I grab my suitcase and pack my things

"No, you don't have to."

"no, because something is going on several things actually and I've had enough being on the sidelines. I'll be home in a couple of hours. I gotta make a stop first." I look down at the document in my hand Co- ownership of the Empire hotel. It just came through today. Chuck's plan B.

I stepped off the elevator with two sercurity guards and walk in. Nate and Serena are talking, but the look back and see me.

"Rosie, you're back." Nate says

"And your leaving. Pack your things, you're no longer welcome here. You as well Serena." I fold my arms.

"Excuse me? You can't just kick me out. I live here and this is Chuck's place." Nate protests

"I can. Chuck made me Co-owner. And seen as my brother can no longer rely on you you can leave. You have ten minutes."

"You can't do this we're Chuck's friends." Serena retorted

"If they're not gone within the next nine minutes they can be forcibly removed. Also can you have someone keep me informed of my brother's coming and goings. Until he's back to his...less intoxicated form, any business can go through me."

"Why are you doing this?" Serena wondered

"Honest answer?" they nodded "I talked with Jenny. She was very happy to inform me that despite what's going on with her and your problems with that. My brother and Jenny really needed you Nate, and what were you doing? Pining after the number 1 secret keeper. If you can't get your head out of your arse and be present then I don't want you anywhere near my brother for the time being. If they resist call the police have them arrested for harassment or trespassing." I turned on my heal and left
