I grabbed my post on the way out to meet my brother. I slipped into the car and was taken to the Empire, once I arrived and met with him.

"Chuck." I kissed his cheek.

"Rosie." I placed my bag down "I have some news on the drug front." he told me as he took out his phone to call Jenny

"It's a good thing your not a drug dealer anymore. That girl you sold Lily's fake Oxy to wanted double what she paid to give me the bottle.....My personal pharmacist's looking into it." Chuck answered as he talked to the young blonde

"He appreciates a fine pharmaceutical, why are you whispering if it's a seduction technique   don't bother" I rolled my eyes "Fine, well, i'll let you know when I hear something about the antibiotics." I headed into the kitchen. Oh yay Nate was back.

"You give someone something?" Nate questioned

"Hum. Only hours and hours of enjoyment." I scrunch up my face just as my phone rang. It was Bruce Caplin.

"I need to take this." I answer the call, once I got the news and ended the call i squealed and ran back to the boys.

"I love, love when people think they're being really smart but actually so dumb I..." I remembered Nate was there "Goodbye Nathaniel."

"Okay, bye." he left us.

"What's your good news?" He wondered

"Dad's paranoia finally paid off, and, and your phone is ringing" I point to stand he answers the call

"Hey, so what can you tell me about the pills." I mimed that I was heading out. I drove over to the VDW apartment and made my way up. Once I stepped out into the penthouse I headed for my Dad's old office.

"Hello, anyone here?" I call out

"Rosalie." i jumped and turned to face Mom and shit face "What are you doing here?"

"I'm finally ready to look at everything Dad left me in his will, I know I own the brownstone but the rest of his real estate holdings and other things. Are his papers still in the safe?"

"Yes they are."

"Thank you." I walk into his office and shut the door, then press in the code I grabbed a stack of folders and started looking through. "Thank you Dad." I mumble, I tuck the  the papers back into their folder and make a quick call. I head down stairs. Rufus, Dan, Lily, Shitface, Serena all facing one woman.

"What's going on here?"

"Oh great what are you doing here?" Serena huffs.

"This woman just accused my Dad of cheating." Dan told me as I walked over to him

"This is absurd." Lily shakes her head

"I'm sorry you had to find out like this."

"Lily go upstairs, I'll take care of this." shitface tried to sound sincere

"You'll do no such thing." The elevator dinged "Right on time." two police officers came round the corner.

"Officers thank you for coming, I'm Rose Bass the one that called. Please arrest this man for trespassing." I pointed to William.

"Rosalie, what are you doing?" Lily asked

"Protecting my family. This man may have you fooled, me not so easily."

"William van der Woodsen, you are arrested for trespassing." on of the officers recited his rights

"You can't do this." Serena glared

"Turns out I can, even in death Daddy still protects his little girl. His main business was of course Bass Industries but he had numerous real estate holdings, one of which is this building. Real estate he left to me a consolation prize but..." I shrugged

"I didn't need to buy the apartment when i already outright own the building, tit for tat of course. Now, Mom you do own this apartment, but when you married my Dad, you put his name on the deed so he owned it to. All of this means that as long as he's threat to you. William van der woodsen can't set foot in this building.  You'll thank me later, I'm sure. Rufus, i trust you can handle it from here without the snake dripping in his poison." I grabbed my coat. Serena stormed up to me.

"You will regret this." she sneered

"Not likely, protecting Mom is my main goal, screwing you over is a bonus." I slipped on my coat.

"Rosie, wait up." Dan called coming over to join me "I'm coming with you." he took some of the files and we left just as Nate arrived

"You missed a party Archibald." The doors close before he could even ask what was going on.

"That woman's lying. My Dad didn't cheat on Lily."

"Of course she is and she's the next dragon we're going to slay, first was getting that rat face away from Mom."

"How did you even know that your Dad bought the building."

"Pure fluke, I was finally ready to go through my fathers paperwork, when my lawyer told me that this was one of his holdings."

"You found a way."

"If William is trying to get closer to Lily by isolating her from who true life with Rufus. Then I've just postponed his plans, he's up to something I just don't know what yet." i sigh "We're gonna need help on this. We need Blair." We entered the Lobby and head to her apartment

"Guys wait up." We stopped hearing Nate

"What do you want."

"To help, I got filled in and I know that your Dad couldn't have done what this woman's saying"

"You're not a dumb as the rest of your family. I'm glad. How is the Vanderbilt empire anyway?" We continued on walking

"Not doing so well thanks to you."

"Is your Grandpa ready to give in yet."

"No." Nate answered

"Oh well, a task for another day, oh good we're here." We headed inside ad up to Blair's apartment, we we stepped out she looked shocked

"Nate, Rosie, Humphrey! Please don't tell me my mother rehired you as a cater waiter." I dumped the files on the table.

"I'm Dan." my boyfriend introduced himself

"Cameron."

"Rose" I smiled shaking his hand  and he nodded

"Nate. Great game last week."

"Thank, sorry to interrupt, we need Blair's help, with something." Nathaniel stated

"Yes, people drop by with their problems because they know how supportive I am." she pushed us back.

"Supporting . I.E. scheming." Dan retorted

"Did Chuck send you?" my best friend questioned

"No, this is different. Blair it's about Rufus and my Mom. This woman, Holland accused him of cheating, of course Mom believe because of that snake hissing in her ear and a lifetime of marital issues before my Dad and Rufus, maybe just Rufus."

"Wait a minute. a artist or a hippie activist maybe. but rooftop garden cometiee? I knew that something wasn't right when Serena told me. no way would another Upper east sider hook up with Rufus. My step father's Jewish." She told the last sentence to Cameron.

"Blair, we can't let Lily leave Rufus. Will you help us?" Nate asked and Blair looked back at Cameron

"Exposing Scandal on the Upper East side? Show me your world Blair Waldorf."

"I' so glad you said that." i smiled "Dorota!" I yelled she came rushing out

"You yelled Miss Rosalie." I head over to her

"I need you to put these in a safe place until I return from them. No one, except me is allowed to leave with them. Not even Blair." she looked back

"It's fine." Blair agreed

"Of course, Miss Rosalie"

Blair sat don back on the sofa and grabbed her laptop. Cameron joined her.

"They'd be lost without me. Tell me everything you know about this Holland Person"
