I walked into the VDW apartment, Serena , Jenny and Eric were there

"Hey, I came to see Lily. What's going on? You look like the world just ended." I sit down with them and cross my legs so I can support my arm holding my head

"This war with Rufus and Lily is getting out of hand. Dan just called to say that when he got home his Dad was there planning to stay." Jenny told me

"Oh boy. So what's the plan?" I wonder

"We're still coming up with one, they just need to talk again and then they'll realise that this is silly." Eric sighed, Rufus was the only one of his Mum's men that he seemed to actually like.

"So why don't you just parent trap them. Dan and Jenny invites Rufus, we bring Lily to the same place then there you go." I shrug

"We spent 20 minutes trying to come up with something and you solves it in one breathe" Eric shakes his head

"Thank you. Jenny where do you suggest?"

"I think i have just the place

We walked into Tony's restaurant. Serena's phone was blowing up as we entered to find the others.

"If KC is texting you, you should go." Lily insisted 

"I will in a minute." We came to stand in front of the others

"Well the four of us can have a family lunch, anytime. Some other...." Lily trailed off seeing Rufus "You're kidding."

"I knew I let you watch the Parent Trap too many times." Rufus commented

"It's time for you two to talk?" Dan started

"You two love each other." Eric continued

"And it's not Rufus' fault that I made the decision not to go to Brown." Serena added

"Can you please sit down?" For Us?" Jenny wondered

"It's not going to be the end of the world if you have a conversation." I shrug. Lily's resolve weakened

"Well I do love the Bolognese here." Lily agreed. Dan and Jenny came over as Lily went to sit across from Rufus.

"I can't believe that worked." Dan shook his head

"I know, I'm a genius. Let's go." We all turn to leave. Serena goes to deal with KC leaving the four of us walking together

"So maybe I'm crazy but I think Vanessa is trying to get me to break up with you." he told me

"What?" I laugh "Why would she? And why now?" I wonder

"I don't know but she was giving me this whole speech about how I should be with someone who's life isn't full of drama and that I deserve better than getting caught up in one of your spirals."

"Problem solved." Eric stated

"Yeah, duh. She clearly still likes you." Jenny added

"What? No. Come on that was years ago. Besides I am happy with you." He draped his arm around my shoulders and gave me a kiss.

"No, something is fishy. Vanessa wouldn't just randomly start sprouting this." I shake my head "I know her enough, to know that. Besides V wants you to be happy and you've always said since we started dating I make you happy."

"You do." he confirmed kissing my temple.

"Then you need to talk to her, get to the bottom of this." I encourage him

The next day it was all hands on deck because it was Wedding day for Lily and Rufus. Why they couldn't give us a couple of day's is beyond me.

"The Whitney is a no. Harvard Club a no. Coliccho laughed when I asked about craft." A new Blair-ette I had yet to learn the name of listed

"The only time I wanna hear a no is if Ruth Madoff wants a invite." Blair retorted

"Constance crew, what you got?" I asked walking in

"My sister can handle the flowers."

"Great" Serena chimes

"We've got cake. My Aunt owns a bakery, she found a 'cancellation'" I nodded and we look to the third girl

"I'm sorry my family is investment banking, they're all broke."

"Then you can go." Jenny told her not looking up from making Lily's dress. Serena, blair and I shared a proud look.

"Dortota?" Serena questioned

"I call the sonic youths. They in North Hampton, will try to make it" Dorotea answered

"Acceptable." Serena smiled and I turned to Jenny.

"Jenny you okay? You've been working on that dress all night?" I wonder sitting next to her as she made Lily's dress

"Yeah. It's like my own project runway challenge." Lily came downstairs and she went to Serena to talk

"I have to leave I have the bridesmaid dresses. See you in a bit." I smile leaving the chaos.
