"Hey, Olivia" Dan jogged up to her

"Hey Dan, everything alright?" she asked as they walked through the halls of NYU

"Kind of, so I totally forgot that it was Rose and I one year anniversary and I totally spaced. Luckily for me she did too. So I need your help."

"Why me? Doesn't she have best friends and a brother for that?" Olivia scowled in confusion

"She does but they would spend all day having a go at me for not remembering." Dan lied

"When is it?"

"Tonight."

"But I thought we were all going to the Freshman's dinner? All three of us." She stopped and turned to face him properly

"Yeah I know, but at some point she's gonna realise and then..."

"World war three?" he nodded "Okay fine, I'll help. Just let me make a phone call." she stepped away and cancelled her appearance at the Freshman dinner to help out her friends."

Dan and Olivia were back at the apartment coking dinner.

"So where is Rose?"

"Oh I suggested how it was weird that she hadn't been on a shopping spree for a while. I thanked her for spending a lot of time with me. She kissed me goodbye and left." Olivia laughed

"That worked?"

"She get's stressed and her shopping saves both of us. Besides it's not like she can't afford it." he shrugged

"What does that mean?"

"Oh nothing nothing." Dan shrugged her off. Olivia looked around the apartment, Rufus was still in the process of moving his things out. She picked up a picture of Rose and Dan.

"I see her wearing the same necklace, why does it look familiar?"

"It's a replica of Anne Boleyn she was married too..." Dan started. When Olivia cut him off, remembering

"Henry viii, that's right."

"She is fascinated with Anne's story and the first christmas after we met, i bought it for her. She rarely takes it off. B for Boleyn B for Bass." Olivia made a phone call to Vanessa wondering why there was such a quick change. Vanessa lied and told her that Dan doesn't want her to meet the parents or Rose's brother because of low expectations. She hung up with a mission just as Dan burnt the chicken.

"I guess I could get take out?" Dan sighed

"Or you can text Rose and tell her we're going to the Freshman's dinner after all."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I will see the two of you there in a hour." Olivia left and a hour later the three were walking into the dinner.

"Do you think they will ask for my autograph?"

I looked at Olivia weirdly, she had been odd for the past 10 minutes since we met up. She was acting all brutish and I was beyond confused

"Dan, Rose I thought you weren't coming." Rufus grinned

"Change of plans." they greeted each other

"Oh I see my brother I'll be right back." I say leaving them to become aquatinted I sneak up behind him and pinch his sides.

"You do know that doesn't work anymore, right sis?" he turned to me

"A sister can try. I want you to meet one of my new friends. Be nice but not I'm gonna be a flirting cheat nice. Okay."

"I will be my charming self."he smirked

"That's what I'm afraid of. Come on." I looped my arm through his and took him to meet Olivia.

"Olivia, this is my brother Chuck. Chuck this is my new friend Olivia." Chuck held out his hand

"It's nice to meet you Olivia." she took it

"The pleasure is mine." I scowled at her "I love your suit. Arrrrmarni?" Was...was she attempting to flirt with my brother. What the hell was going on?

Something was defiantly wrong with Olivia, she was being annoyingly shallow and fake.

"No, I'm doing the Mother Teresa movie. Yeah yeah. Leo's playing my boyfriend." she was on the phone.

"I'm sure she'll just be a second." Dan nodded

"Well let's just meet at your pad in the bu. The Bu is Malibu" she told the last part to us

"Okay that's it." I say I saw Dan and Chuck step back I grab Olivia by the arm and drag her away

"What the hell are you doing?" I took her phone off her

"What do you mean."

"The Bu? Calling your astrologer? Since when do you have an astrologer." I question

"I guess since I became another shallow Hollywood Celebrity. You know the kind you two were so afraid of, your parents and brother wouldn't approve of." she retorted

"Bitch what the fuck are you even talking about?"

"Vanessa said that's why Dan uninvited me and it was also your anniversary." she told me

"Our anniversary was weeks ago and I took him away for a romantic weekend. Daniel, get over here!" I called him over

"You talk to her, I'm gonna slap her and I'd rather not break a nail." I walk away I stopped hearing lairs voice over the speaker

"You're not coming to grovel are you?"

"You really think you're that much better than me?" Vanessa replied. I shared a confused look with my brother

"Oh I think we both know the answer to that, heh."

"Blair I have to talk to you." Amalia rushed in probably to tell her that she was live.

"Not now"

"Ye! Listen."

"Quiet! I've had enough of you. Sophie, you're minion number one. Amalia, you're number 2." Blair told her

"So tell me once and for all tell me what makes you better than me?" Vanessa questioned

"Do you really wanna know?"

"Yeah"

"Everything. Generations of breeding and wealth had to come together to produce me. I have more in common with Marie Antoinette than with you. Granted you maybe popular in some step-ivy safe school but the fact is, the rabble need a Queen."

"You stole the toast." Vanessa stated

"I was willing to do what was necessary . Including lying to Chuck, the one person who trusts me more than anyone." I look to my brother who is visibly hurt "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to give my toast."

"Actually Blair congratulations, you just did." Blair came out.

"Come on, bro." I pulled him away. We headed for the limo when I was called

"Rose, Rose wait." Olivia called

"Go on without me." Chuck nodded and carried on I turned around to face her

"Look I am so sorry for earlier."

"I already have enough Diva friends getting a hold of the wrong end of the stick. You were refreshingly normal despite the fact you lied to us and you're an actress. Even if you thought that the family wouldn't have approved this would have been your chance to either talk to us or show them that you were different. It's not like your even dating Dan despite the fact the eyes you make at him."

"Rose." She breathed looking ashamed

"Are you gonna tell me I'm imagining it?" she looked down "I'm not even mad at that, you're not the first girl and you won't be the last. But I hope that you would be normal. Now I'm leaving to comfort my brother after my best friend hurt him. You can lose my number I'm done." I walk off

I walk into the family apartment they're all having breakfast, including Olivia.

"You have got to be kidding me, Daniel?"I folded my arms

"Olivia apologised, Vanessa set her up." he defended

"I'm leaving, i think I might take my brother on a weekend break. Lily, Rufas. Lovely as always. Little Bro, Little J." I head back to the elevator

"Rose, come on. It's hardly fair."

"Hardly fair is making doe eyes at my boyfriend and I ignored that. Hardly fair is flirting with my brother. Blair get's away with it because despite her stupid action she does genuinely love my brother hardily fair is embarrassing me in front of the woman who has been the only who has even compared to a mother. Now I'm taken my brother on a mini break i will see you when I get back. She better not be here." I stepped into the elevator
