Let Me Sleep
Here's another chapter! I rushed this chapter because I got surgery in a few days. I will be on bed rest with restrictions to electronics so if anyone is also reading my Verde story, the next chapter will take at least another week to come out. Sorry. Also, I used Grammarly keyboard to edit this chapter, so there might be a few mistakes it didn't catch.
Aizawa groaned as he grabbed a pillow and tried to shut out the loud voice playing through the speakers by tightly holding it to his head. "RISE AND SHINE, ERASER! COME ON! YOUR COFFEE IS GOING TO GO COLD!!!"
Aizawa put the pillow down and sat up with a defeated sigh. It was pointless to even try to ignore the blond villain. Besides, cold coffee was the worst. Aizawa got out of bed and grudgingly made his way to the living room. The front door was still open, and a shot glass filled with coffee was in the doorway (the shot glass had a heat protector on it so Aizawa wouldn't burn himself when he grabbed it. hot glass does not feel good). Three tiny pancakes were sat upon a piece of a napkin next to the coffee. Present Mic was sitting outside the small house, happily watching Aizawa through the security feeds. Aizawa grabbed the shot glass that was almost half his size and sat down on the couch with it. Maybe if he sat on the couch doing nothing but drink coffee long enough, the blond would go away. Hopefully. Aizawa glared towards the door, hoping one of the hidden cameras would catch it and the blond would get the message to go away.
Present Mic just awed at how adorable tiny Aizawa looked when he glared. He could not take the hero seriously when he was that small. "Awwww, are you mad?"
Aizawa grumbled some threats while he just sipped on his coffee. The villain surely knew how to get on his nerves. He hated every single aspect of his situation. Being 5 inches tall was the worst. Sure, he got an unhealthy amount of coffee out of it, but he was losing his dignity being subjected to such treatment. He wasn't some doll for Present Mic to play dress-up with! And to think he had to spend a whole week in this rather nice dollhouse. Who knows what Present Mic might subject him to while he's here? Present Mic just loved to make Aizawa's life miserable it seemed. Between the stalking and the games that wouldn't stop, there were rarely times where Present Mic wasn't a nuisance when he was around Aizawa.
Granted, Present Mic doesn't mean to make his life miserable. He just wanted to both coddle and fawn the hero like the amazing person he was. So what if he got a little too obsessive at times? So what if he had villains who dared to harm a hair on his hero's head terminated? Aizawa was his hero and he would act in such a manner of being someone's biggest fan. If that meant stalking and kidnapping him every week as well as killing off any threats then so be it. He had to prove how amazing the underground hero was and what better way to do that then make one of the most powerful villains his nemesis? The fact that a villain that not even All Might could defeat "saw" Eraserhead as a challenge surely made the hero look cool, right? Eraserhead always solved the puzzles he occasionally leaves. Speaking of which, it been a while since he's tested the hero with a dangerous puzzle. He might need to leave one out next week or so. (Look at Present Mic being such a Riddler/ Batmite.)
Present Mic ignored the grumbling of the hero in favor of planning out all the fun things he wanted to do with the tiny, tired hero. "Gasp! We should do a fashion show later today! It will be so much fun! And then maybe we could send photos of you to your coworkers so they know you're alright-well alright as in not dead or beaten bloody blue in some warehouse. I'm probably the safest reason for you to go missing if you think about it!" (does anyone want drawings of tiny Aizawa modeling clothes? Like, seriously, I will draw it if you guys ask for it.)
Aizawa paled at the thought of being forced to play dress up like some Barbie doll. If his coworkers ever saw any sort of picture of him dressing up, he would die. He would lose what little dignity he has left. No way, no how. He was not going to do it. He voiced his thoughts bitterly. "No thanks."
Present Mic frowned at Aizawa's response. "I wasn't asking, Eraser. You will model some of the clothing in that walk-in closet." Present Mic grinned wickedly. "Unless, of course, you want to lose your coffee privileges for the next few months whenever I'm holding you captive."
Aizawa immediately responded, "fine, I'll do your stupid fashion show. Just leave my coffee out of this!"
Present Mic clapped with glee. "Great! Just finish your coffee and pancakes and we can get this show on the road!"
About an hour later found our hero standing in the walk-in closet. "Okay, Eraser! Let's start with the maid cafe uniform to your right! It's the black one with the cute cat ears!"
Aizawa inwardly groaned at the sight of the cute outfit. Of fucking course Present Mic wanted him to model it first. God, he felt as if he was going to look like a Neko man in the outfit. Aizawa brought the outfit into the changing room and put it on. He then stepped out and glared at a random place in the room hoping Present Mic would see his displeasure. (Neku chibi Aizawa sound so cute UWU)
Present Mic took a picture of the hero with the picture option on the security cameras. That was definitely going in the scrapbook he had.
"Aw, it looks so adorable on you! You should try on the black tuxedo next!" Present Mic squealed.
Aizawa grabbed the tuxedo and went to the dressing room to change. Personally, he hated wearing fancy clothing. His hero uniform was good enough thank you very much! The suit looked really nice on him, almost too nice. It made him look like some secret agent. The red tie really went with it. Aizawa walked out of the changing room and put the maid cafe outfit back.
"Aww, you look like a tiny little spy!" Present Mic smiled as he took a picture through the security camera. "You should try on one of the prince outfits!"
~~~With Izuku hours later~~~
Izuku had shown up to the cafe to meet up with Shinso. It was in the afternoon, and Shinso just got out of school not too long ago. Izuku wondered why Shinso wanted him to meet up with him today. Usually, he just showed up whenever.
"Hey, Izuku! We're here!" Shinso called out.
'We're?' Izuku looked up to see Shinso with Shouto behind him. 'Oh hell no. Not peppermint boy.'
"Oh, h-hey, Hitoshi. You d-didn't say you were b-bring someone else. Why'd you ask for me to show u-up anyway?" Izuku greeted.
Shouto glared at Izuku as soon as he saw him. 'Oh hell no. Why the fuck is the rock star wannabe here?'
"I just wanted you guys to meet again. I don't know what happened last time, but you guys seemed to have gotten off on the wrong foot. So I have planned for you two to hang out for at least an hour." Shino explained.
"You didn't have too, Shinso." Shouto responded.
"R-really you d-didn't have to." Izuku added.
"But I want my only two friends to get along." Shinso reasoned.
"You can't rush these things."
"You c-can't rush these t-things."
"Well, at least act like you're not going to tear at each other's throats as soon as I leave the room." Shinso exasperated.
"Who s-said anything a-about fighting when you're o-out of earshot?" Izuku questioned.
"Who's not to say we're not just both social inept? Maybe we both just have a hard time socializing with each other due to lack of wanting to socialize." Shouto suggested.
"Y-yeah, maybe we just n-need time to l-learn how to socialize with one another b-before we get all buddy-buddy with one a-another." Izuku remarked.
Shinso sighed in defeat. "Fine, I'll let you guys move at your own pace. Just please try to be civil near one another. That means no more glaring."
"Fine."
"S-sure."
Izuku and Shouto both didn't mean it. They would fake being nice to one another around Shinso, but as soon as it was just the two of them, they would become villain vs hero. There was no room for friendship between them. Shouto wanted to stop Izuku from the crazy mind games he was playing with Shinso. It was not cool of him to play Shinso like that. Izuku wasn't happy that Shouto was trying to steal his friends from him. His friend. How dare he?! How dare he try to ruin their friendship? So what if he was a villain? Shinso was his friend first, so Shouto needs to back off! No, they could not be friends. It was simply not meant to be.
So, more shenanigans next chapter. I will use a slightly adjusted version of that pool scene that was suggested in the next chapter.
