Izukus POV;

I woke up in a cold sweat gasping for air

Looking around the room I saw that Shotō and Hitoshi were both still asleep so it was obvious I woke up before breakfast again

Just as I was about to go back to sleep the lights came on and the morning alarm started blaring

Toshi shot up out of bed and Shotō rubbed his eyes and sat up

"Breakfast?" Sho asked blankly

"Yeah" I said stretching my arms above my head hearing a satisfying pop

"I hope it's not anything to heavy and disgusting like yesterday's" toshi said hoisting himself out of bed and slipping the usual plain white slippers on

"If you don't think you can keep it down don't eat it and then tell me and I'll sneak you a slice of toast later" I said with a smile

"Thanks 'Doriya"

Around ten minutes later
The guards unlocked our cell and ordered us to face the wall

"Up against the wall, keep your hands behind your head and spread your feet apart"

First 'Toshi got up and pressed his forehead against the wall and placed his hands on the back of his head

He was patted down and quirk restraints were placed on him

Me and Shotō watched in sadness as they placed a muzzle over his face like every other morning

Up next was Shotō,
He did the same and was patted down
thoroughly as iron quirk restraint gloves were placed onto his hands

Then it was my turn
Shotō and Toshi watched with sympathy as a muzzle was placed over my mouth and I was put into a straight jacket

I didn't need their sympathy, I had gotten used to the horrible feeling of the quirk restraints digging into my ankles and the uncomfortable position the jacket put my arms into over the years

We were walked out to the breakfast area like every other day and were let out of our restraints

We ate in silence and I noticed Toshi was eating happily
I gave him a small smile which he returned grateful for my help

I looked over to Shotō and saw he was fidgeting with his shirt sleeves As he ate

I put my hand onto his and made him look up at me

"Your fine, your doing great, he can't hurt you here, we will protect you"

He gave me a sad smile and a shaky nod and went back to his food

By the time breakfast was over my throat burned with stress, I knew something big was going to happen today
I felt it in my bones

Almost like magic a guard stepped forward and cleared his throat

"Inmates 013, 023 and 025 please come with me you have a visitor"

We were placed back into our restraints and led into the white 'visitation' room that reminded me of an interrogation cell 

They sat us down and took off me and Toshis muzzle

That's when the door opened and a mouse like creature walked into the room followed by who I'm guessing is the pro hero eraser-head based on toshis squeak of surprise and look of amazement

I smiled in his direction and he immediately went red and playfully shoved me making me lean onto Shotō causing us all to let out a small chuckle

"Good morning boys, my name is nezu and this is shota Aizawa we're from the UA staff and have things to discuss with you three" the rat human thing says cheerfully
