5 years after the events of trolls world tour:

One normal day, the snack pack were singing and dancing as usual, suddenly Poppy screamed. The gang rushed to her pod and were shocked to see that when they broke in, they saw Branch got down on his knees and was holding a ring box and asked Poppy a very important question:

Branch: Poppy, your the most important troll in my lufe and i would do anything for you, even die for you. So I wanted to take our relationship to the next level and ask you this question... Will you marry me?

Poppy:  I..I dont know what to say......

Yess! Ofcourse! Who would I ever be with rather than you!!

Poppy was do delighted and tears of joy ran down her cheek as Branch carried her, hugged her, and kissed her

One week later...

A big ceremony was celebrated with the two newlyweds as Poppy was wearing a pure white dress and a lovely flower-crown with pretty daisies stuck to it, and as Branch was wearing a tuxedo, and instead of a rose in it's poket it had a little poppy in it.

All trolls from different tribes arrived to pop village while they celebrated the new couple. Poppy and Branch now lived in Branch's bunker and upgraded it a little. A few hours later Queen Barb visited them inside.

Barb: Congratulations Pop-squeak!
I cant wait to be an aunt soon!!!!

Poppy:  Aww, thanks Barb. Oh! And by the way i bought Carol another spray bottle of cheese incase she, you know. Need it.

Barb: oh c'mon you are the ones who needed gifts, not us!

Poppy: well, it is been a long time since all your homes are fixed.

Barb: You are right though, Oh! I almost forgot that we will be having a vacation here for like 6 years to celebrate your marriage!

Poppy: Really! Thats great! We can party everyday! Goodnight Barb.

Barb congratulated them with delight
And when Poppy heard what she said she was also excited for their future child. The Broppy couple slept in Branch's bed while they were holding hands.

A day later, Poppy soon found out that her hair felt a little strange. Although she didn't mind since they were congratulated by Delta Dawn, King Trollex, Tollzart, King Quincy, Queen Essence, and Prince D. They were all happy that Poppy and Branch were finally together as they expected. They partied for 11 months( cause they couldn't move on about the Broppy marriage) . Then one night, Poppy felt very weird, Branch came to her and asked.

Branch: Poppy, are you okay?
Poppy: I dont feel so good Branch. It's like my hair is being pulled off and my head hurts so much!

Branch: I think it is just a headache, well you have been partying for a long time. Maybe you should rest.

Then, Poppy did excactly as Branch told her to. Yet she still think something weird is going on with her. She took some rest for a few days and tried to got up for a few minutes
