Joe: so what's the problem with your husband miss McCall
Lola: well my husband Tony Riggs recently left me with a restraining order for no reason wanting to sign off his rights to my child getting his name off my son birth certificate
Joe: ok this is huge very serious situation
Lola: and I'm pregnant by him so that's sort of an issue I cannot have this stress on my body when I was a teen when I had my son I fainted and bled a lot and I don't I'm just really nervous and scared
Joe: does he know
Lola: no I don't want him too and I was wondering even if he does revoke my restraining order against me I want one against him
Joe: alright well here's the thing we have to go to another court and it's a whole another process
Lola: ok so I have to wait a little while
Joe: yes just a little is he harassing you has he been abusive
Lola: no but he does tends to leave me and get back together with me before we tied the knot
Joe: he did this before when you were together boyfriend and girlfriend with a baby boy with you he said I'm done
Lola: (nods) my son was one and missed him said where is he and what he did was get high
Joe: Tony Riggs has been arrested
Lola: (nods) two hours after going home after giving birth for shop lifting and drunk driving he got arrested before that but I never knew why and his recent one was a month ago for not paying his tickets
Joe: he's has a bad record any assault charges abuse stalking
Lola: controlling and sorta stalking I had some guy friends he was very jealous one time My guy friend drove and he rammed into the car he used to spy in bushes he grabbed at me to make sure I wasn't cheating every time I went he went
Joe: has he contacted you
Lola: no
Joe: do you believe he's a threat to you
Lola: (puts her face on her head) does it work for my kid too (fixing her hair)
Joe: does he hit the child
Lola: no well he dropped me him after tripping on our old dog
Joe: how
Lola: he was on the phone my son was a year old he was holding him and he fell into the carpet along with my son
Joe: so on accident abuse?
Lola: well yeah
Joe: I'll see what I can do but first let's focus in divorce court then near the end of the court we serve him
Lola: thank you
Joe: gives you time to think if you really want to do thus
Lola: (nods) so you'll help me
Joe: yes this is a great case your going to get
Lola: my car, out of my life, I've had to pay for a lot and I deserve money back I gave him money for my car and gifted it too me bills tickets still getting delivered there's a huge list
